I use to like coming here, but only when the owner is there. His nephew that works there just made the experience of cigar shopping a nightmare. He is clueless about cigars, follows you everywhere around the humidor and constantly questions everything you do. Its one thing being available to help but another thing breathing down your neck like you going to steal something!!! I like to look and feel the cigars for bumps, proper wrapping etc as I always experiment with new cigars and is an art for me. I saw some mold on one of the cigars and he asked me what was wrong. When I told him he laughed at me and told me its what its supposed to look like!!! This is the second time this kid has laughed at me when asking a question. I just walked out and will not be coming back again! Its a shame because it has some amazing cigars and I really like the owner, its also nearby to where I live.

Very satisfied with my experience here. I wish I would have gotten the names of the young ladies who helped me. I stopped in to get a gift for my friend and I wanted a variety of cigars. The two young ladies that worked there were extremely helpful. They helped me choose some mid range cigars with no pressure to purchase anything. They were very attentive to my price range and even gave me a free box. Going back for sure! Prices are reasonable and they have specials all the time.

made the mistake of signingn the receipt without looking at the total. price on the pipe was 12.99. when i looked around and he asked me which one i wanted i came back to the one i eyed earlier and he get its for me. while he does he starts scraping off the price sticker and says its 15. its a small business so i didnt care since i was paying with credit card. i signed it and he gave me the receipt. it says 17. i start arguing wtih him about the 2 bucks. in the end he offers me some weird pack of cigarettes instead of the money. his wife was on the couch watching the entire time. never coming back to this store again.

I simply just came to buy a pack of Marlboro and was in aww of the setup and display of cigars. This shop has everything starting with cigars accessories, cutters, cigar holders, travel humidors, just ask.
My friend wandered off into the humidor to find his style, came out, got it cut and the best part of it was… you can sit on their leather couch and light it up. Lighters and big crystal ash tray was there for you to use.
I was told that during lunch time, there’s always a group of men that comes in and relax smoking a cigar and watching TV shows. It takes over an hour to smoke a cigar, one of the finer things in life to enjoy.
I find that both men and women who smokes cigars are sexy!
One of these days… I will make a switch. LOL

Disgusting!!! Been in there twice to buy cigarettes and both visits a bunch of men sitting in what looks like your average homes family area, were sitting there smoking and stinking up the place. Isn’t smoking illegal inside retail stores??? I thought it was…

Great stocked humidor. I mean this thing is PACKED!!! I bought their Adwani cigar that is family made by their establishment. All i can say about their cigar and merchandise is bar none best in the valley. Friendly and they even gave me a free stick. If you are a cigar smoker, this is a great place to visit and try their Adwani Coronas. Its reminds me of the higher end Romeo Y Juelieta Reservea real. 6 stars if i can give it to them.

Been coming to CH for over 5 years. The selection is great. Guys in there are friendly and knows their business. My experience has been great. Overall, probably one of the best places in the Valley for smokes.

Great environment to sit back and relax with a great cigar. The selection here is through the roof. Many humidors and other accessories to choose from and if you don’t find something you like, they will be more than happy to special order it for you from many catalogues you can choose from. They have one of the largest walk in humidors in Los Angeles stocked with thousands of cigars to suit any smokers palette. The humidor has a large selection of premium quality cigars for a good price. They run a special of buy 5 cigars and get the 6^th one on the house, also be sure to ask about their other specials. They always are running some form of specials on cigars and accessories. They have been family owned by the same owner for 15 years and running with two other locations. The owner, about 52 years old, is one of the most respectful and nicest people you will ever meet. They also have a fantastic cigar that is their own family line wrapped and grown in Nicaragua in the same factory as Rocky Patel. It is a great cigar for the price, honestly better than most other choices. The people here are very friendly and take care of you to the full extent. They will go out of their way to satisfy you and make you feel like one of the family.

Ed is great. Always here when I get a chance for my lunch break. Great selection of cigars and new couches to sit relax and smoke.

Great selection! Great people! Best place to buy cigars or accessories. I found out its family owned, it has been for over 15 years and it has one of the largest selection of cigars and accessories. Highly recommend this place. Check it out. They treat you great and have wonderful workers. They also have a great lounge to enjoy a cigar and watch a basketball game. I’ll definitely be back soon.
P.S Try the Adwani torpedo in a habano wrap. It’s their family line.
Guaranteed its better than most cigars out there!

This has become one of my favorite stores to purchase cigars. The staff is very knowledgeable and in the few dozen times I have been there, have never seen anyone be rude or disrespectful. The owner goes out of his way to fulfill your request.
As for price — some may say expensive — I only smoke the higher end cigars. They have a great selection and the ability to procure the hard to find cigars. I have always been 100% satisfied with my purchases.
They have a great selection of accessories as well as pipes & cigarettes.
This is one of the few businesses that I give 5 stars to for service, selection and customer satisfaction.

They have a very hot chick or beautiful woman that works here.
They have couches and chairs in the first part of the store so when they host smoking events or when the store manager decides to smoke with friends they are there. Been here twice. My friends have complained about the awkwardness and rudeness. They do have a very big selection inside this humidified room. It can be awkward. Paid about 25bucks for a Cohiba. Upsold me with water bag.
So i’m rate this place as pricey and upsellers.

Great place to hang out and have a good stick. The humador is always neat and well humidified. All the people that work there are good and easy to get along with. It is a bit pricey but not crazy. They do have a great inventory of accessories for lighters and personal humadors. They even have their own house brand but that costs more than the other stuff.
I’ll stop by when I’m in the area and have a smoke as I sink in those leather couches!

It’s a nice place with comfy leather sofas and a really hot chick who will ring you up at the register but I’m going to steer clear due to the prices.
