Hercules Property Management & Rv Storage

I have been trying for more than a week to get a spot here and they are making it very difficult. We have called them more than once and each time put off until tomorrow. The credit place was down, the girl that handles new accounts was out and will call you back, today the girl is out of the office. Even to get an application to rent a space was strange. Have to go there and call the office in Ventura to get them to call the guy that is there somewhere. Maybe once we actually get to talk to someone about the place I can increase the stars, but as of now, they are 1 star because that is the least you can give.
***Update*** been here a year now and everything has been fine. Guy onsite that manages the place is great.
