Jeff Price Auto

Jeff was excellent. I was referred to him by a friend. I found him to be very honest and forthcoming.
I had been quoted $ 1400 by Pep Boys for an A/​C hose repair. A second Pep Boys said I did not have a leak and needed a new thermostat. Jeff immediately questioned both diagnosis, ultimately confirming the hoses did not have a leak. He kept the car overnight because there was so much dye in place from Pep Boys, he couldn’t immediately identify the source of the leak. He believed the problem was the expansion coil. When replaced, the leak persisted, so he basically left the new expansion coil in place and did not charge me.
In the end, Jeff believed the leak was from the evaporator core as (after much cleaning and troubleshooting) the leak was persisting from the cabin side of the firewall. As the job was too big for him, he basically completed a Maintenance I on my 2009 Buick Enclave and I was on my way.
He did a great service job. I tested him by asking if he noticed anything with my tires. He had! He noticed a divot in one of the side-​walls. This is a typical test I use to see if my tires were rotated and checked. Many other mechanics failed this test which made me confident Jeff pays attention to details.
JPA will be my new go to auto mechanic moving forward. I can’t give enough praise.

Jeff is an ANGEL! I’ve been taking my car to him for over ten years. He picks up my car from my office, makes the repair and delivers it back to me same day. I’ve sent numerous friends and family members to him and they love him! Great guy, honest, competitive prices and a smile that will knock you off your feet! You just can’t go wrong with Jeff.

what a great guy jeff is. i had no idea he had moved up the street from me and found him when i went to grumpys next door. since then he has serviced my wifes rx and my gs. he has also helped me out w other situations that i just can’t imagine another garage going the extra mile for.
i will be recommending him to all of my friends and family. glad to have someone this reputable so close to my home and business.

This guy Jeff has a ego from hell and messed up my ride he doesn’t know what he’s doing and is so over priced when I told him I had a problem he just got more of my money and i had even more problems with my new corvette. This guy is a big time crook.

JPA is wonderful and honest! As a young woman living by myself in the city I can sincerely say that I’m incredibly grateful and blessed to of ended up here when my car wouldn’t start. Excellent service and wonderfully honest help. I’ve been taking my cars to Jeff for about 15 years (wow!) and he’s always been honest and reasonable. When you don’t know anything about cars like I do, you don’t switch mechanics unless you have to. I even bought a car from his Mom years ago when I was in need of a inexpensive reliable car for work. I’ve gotten my family and friends to start going to him too!

One night, my car broke down far from where I live. I ended up towing my car at 10pm to Jeff’s place based on a recommendation by another automotive place. Literally, he came in the next morning and found my car in front of his shop and a voicemail from me.
I felt very fortunate to have run into Jeff considering he was totally new to me. He seems like he has the anti-​mechanic personality meaning that he is respectful, knowledgeable, his prices are great. If you are not mechanically inclined like me, I did not feel like I was needed to be on guard against being taken advantage. In fact, I found out today that he is less expensive than my regular mechanic.
If i lived closer to Jeff Price Auto, I would switch mechanics in a minute.
Btw, I never write reviews but made a point of doing one this time because I know how hard it is to find a reputable mechanic.

I was referred to JPA by a friend of mine whose husband with to high school with the guy who owns this repair shop.
My 95 Escort needed the clutch repaired and this guy, Jeff, was able to help me. I had called around to a bunch of other repair shops and everyone else was either charging an arm and a leg or it would take days to order the parts that were needed. He was very friendly, didn’t charge a lot and went out of his way to help me. I’ve gone back another time for something else and Jeff’s service is remarkable. I will continue to go there when I need help.
I highly recommend this place!
