Typically, I do not leave reviews (hence this is my first one), but felt it necessary considering the level of service I received. I have a watch I needed to get appraised so I called around and found this location to be the most helpful over the phone. During the appraisal it was noted that my watch also needed an new battery, and the owner gave me a great deal on the appraisal and battery. After talking to him for a bit I told him that I was getting the watch appraised so that I would have an easier time selling it on ebay. Being new to ebay, he took initiative and time to log on his account and give me some much needed pointers. Great customer service!

Vatchè is amazing. He isn’t the typical jewelers. He genuinely cares. I brought in a few sentimental pieces. A key chain that belonged to my mother that has passed and a kiddish cup that belonged to my deceased grandfather. He not only fixed them, he completely surprised me with the kiddish cup. We were told that the cup couldn’t be saudered back together. I was crushed. When I arrived to pick up the cup, Vatche had fixed the cup himself. He said that he could hear it in my voice how upset I was and he didnt want that. Wow! Who does that? Mason Fine Jewelers does!!!

Vick handled my jewelry with care and sized it perfectly to fit my finger! He took care of my moms wedding ring too by cleaning it and tightening the prongs. He also has beautiful jewelry in the shop as well. Didn’t have to wait long at all for the sizing and cleaning!

I brought my wedding ring of 41 years to Mason Fine Jewelers for needed repairs. Vick, the owner, explained in detail everything he was going to do to make it just like new again. He quoted a fair price and when to expect the repair to be completed. He did exactly everything he said he’d do and more! He replaced two tiny emeralds in the setting because mine were damaged… and charged me NOTHING extra. When I picked up the ring it nearly brought a tear to my eye because it was a beautiful as it was 41 years ago. Thanks Vick! You’ve got our business for now on.

I couldn’t find a new digital women’s sport I liked better than my metallic Nike sport watch that is discontinued. I use it on the floor while I was nursing at the hospital so I came here to get a new battery because I love that watch dearly. Beautiful store. The man running the store was so kind and friendly. Vick is a great fellow. Friendly, welcoming. His prices are fair. He even buffed a blemish out of the bezel of the watch I was wearing free of charge.
Unfortunately, he scratched 4 out of the 5 watches I brought it for a battery replacement. Thankfully, I was selling the lot of them, and they were cheap (Diesel/​Fossil) so I wasn’t too upset (save for the minor loss of value).
Three stars as he’s a nice guy, with a great dog, who may have been rushed as I was waiting for him to finish. But I’m really disappointed as I thought I had found someone I could trust with my nicer pieces.
Maybe I just got him on a bad day…

I originally only came in to this jeweler because of the 5 star reviews and I must say the stars do not lie!!!
I had brought my husbands wedding ring in to be fixed that another jeweler had damaged. Vick had taken one look at it and told me not to worry! He said he would make me a very happy customer!
Turns out he did an EXTRAORDINARY job on my husbands wedding ring!
He made it look better than when we first bought it!

My wife had some gold that was either out of style or part of a missing set of earrings so she got creative and decided to cash it in. We came here and Vatche hooked us up!
She got rid of all the gold that lost it’s blingability and we bought her a nice new ring that in style. We were very happy with the price and the service that we bought another ring for her. She was so happy and that’s the best feeling I can ever desire to have. When she’s happy, I’m happy.
