Mobile Illumination

Have worked with Mobile Illuminations for several years. Being a fairly engaging home owner I was resistant to hiring a company to hang our lights, however with a persistent wife, an increased work load and a demanding family schedule, I conceded. After year one I was hooked. We met with Dan who walked our home and spoke of the many options, while showing us a catalog of work. Being the inquisitive type, I had an assortment of questions and concerns. Dan always took my calls and was patient with my procrastination. After a week of complaining to my wife about the money we decided to proceed with the job, and have not been disappointed yet. The installers were very cordial and professional. The work took longer than we expected and the guys wore little head lamps to allow them to work into the night, something we found quite amusing. We had a few outages throughout the month and they came out promptly to repair. Frustrating but understandable. We have had similar positive experiences each year since, and we always look forward to our homes photograph and Christmas tree. We have since become friends with Dan and a few of the young men on the installation team, each of whom seem to be equally as enthusiastic as we are, and always greet us with a smile. If you are considering Christmas lighting for your home I would suggest this company. Thank you Mobile Illuminations!

I could not be happier with or more enthusiastic about recommending Mobile Illumination! They did a permanent xmas installation for us on a huge (almost 100ft) cedar tree and it looked truly amazing. The tree was lit before, but Mobile Illumination makes every job look either common or sloppy comparatively. I am ridiculously picky and wanted the tree lit in a very specific way. The guys showed up on time, and were so professional and nice without being at all obtrusive. They needed a bigger boom than what we originally thought, but they handled it without any fuss and still had the job done on time without any additional charge for the larger piece of equipment. The tree was the talk of the neighborhood. I look forward to having them back to do more work for a party and now that I have a company I can count on to be priced fairly and do great work, I will have them do the entire house for the holidays next year. Bravo Mobile Illumination, you have a new fan!

From start to finish 5 stars! I had the pleasure of working with Dan Borgstrom at Mobile Illumination he is the Senior Design Manager. He came to our house for an estimate. He was so wonderful work with! He knew exactly what we were looking for with the décor for the party! He was able to stick with my budget and create a purple wonderland!
When his team that came to the house to set up they were extremely professional, friendly and did such excellent work! The house was a magical full of purple and Christmas lights and purple washes. We used them for a 60^th birthday fairy tale party! I would highly recommend this company whenever you have a celebration or just for beautiful Christmas lighting. Every time I called the office for assistance they were on point. Dan was available whenever I had questions.

Mobile illumination did it again! Not only is there customer service top notch, but there professionalism, speed, cleanliness and efficiency are well above par. I have used other commercial holiday lighting companies in the past but was disappointed on multiple levels — No one compares to Mobile Illumination. We will be utilizing there services again without hesitation — we are now considering decorating our office and outdoor space as well. Way to go guys! Thank you for all you do!

Mobile Iiiumination is by far the best company I have ever worked with! They do everything perfect and when something like a light goes out, many time the owner himself comes out to fix it. This is a very big company, and to a relationship with the of the owners is very special. Anyone that ownes a company and wants a lesson in customer service trust me contact this company! I would give the 10 stars!

We have used Mobile Illumination twice now and have been very pleased. They came out, estimated and provided a clear and timely proposal. They installed within a few days. We had massive rain this year and they immediately came out to replace a couple bulbs that went out due to storms. It took the pain out of home decorations and most importantly, my wife and kids love it. I highly recommend.

Every year Mobile Illumination completely amazes our kids and our neighbors with the most outstanding designs on our house. Their office staff is truly outstanding, especially Alexa. She worked tirelessly on our design and made sure the installation was done on time and correctly. They have always stayed on top of any repairs (we have squirrels that like to eat everything). We love how much joy the lighting brings to all who come by the house. We now have people that drive by year after year to see what magic Mobile Illumination has created. Last winter/​spring during my 2^nd floor addition — I reached out to Mobile Illuminations to get some advice on what type of electrical outlets I should install under my eaves for future Xmas lights.
They were so helpful and willing to help guide me even though I was not a customer.
That impressed me… so I gave them a call a few weeks ago and contracted them to install lights along all my eaves. Now that the work is complete I wanted to write a review and let others know.
This company is the real deal and there prices are reasonable for the professionalism and quality that you get!
