Overpriced Subpar Sushi, stuffed with imitation crab meat and strict borderline fascist dinning rules for buffet patrons. If you’ve arrived here by accident, leave immediately. If you’ve already made the mistake of sitting down, beware of what you order. They will try to fill you up with their unusually large sushi rolls, which contain an overabundance of imitation crab meat and rice. In addition to this, the fish is not fresh and the wait staff seems a little on edge. Somethings up, don’t go here.

Oh no. Tried to go here tonight but theres a sign on the door saying they have gone out of business :(Love this place! Good friendly service. The all you can eat is a great deal. Tons of good rolls and other options to choose from. My bf and I go a few times a month. the Dynamite roll is so good. Only caution is alot of the rolls have a California roll base. so keep an eye out as you’re ordering or you’ll end up with a ton of California rolls! even tho it’s kinda listed in each description, we got swayed by other ingredients and didnt realize it.

Been enjoying meals here for years! Lunch and dinner. Surprised they’re not always packed! There is always an open booth. Food is consistently fresh and delicious. Service is always great.
One of my favorite places to dine, and the bill is never a regret, prices are affordable and portions generous.

First time to try this restaurant in SoCal and was very impressed with the taste of their ramen and their creamy salmon sashimi and phily roll. No fishy after taste. It’s delicious! I’d highly recommend this and I’ll definitely go back and bring friends next time.

My Husband and I have been coming to Osaka for many years. We appreciate Kary and her Sushi Chefs and Delightful waitstaff. The food is excellent! A great neighborhood place to have fun and great food!

Atmosphere is good, service is excellent but the sushi is not top grade and the sauces and flavorings a little on the bland side. Creativity is key when making sushi and your sauces and seasonings make sushi stand out. This place is OK but there are far better places out there. Try Kyoto, excellent.

We love this place. At one time I think we ate here at least 3 times in one week (terrible I know, but I was having cravings!). Generally, I would give them 5 stars. The service is always great. The owners are SO sweet and nice. It’s just a great environment. The food is often great. We love the sushi but our favorite dish would be the Korean bbq. Hands down, it’s the best I’ve had since moving to the valley. The dragon roll is my favorite. The eel and eel sauce are perfect and there is never a fishy taste or rubbery texture. If you want something made a little differently, they are more than happy to oblige!
The place is wonderful, however, when we get take out, it seems lately that the food has lost a step. The beef is over spiced and often a bit burned. It’s as if they burned it and caramelized the sauce in the burnt bits causing the beef to have a bad flavor/​texture. Sometimes it’s also very mushy and tends to turn to mush in your mouth (not in a good way). The portions have also gotten smaller. I am usually left with enough beef after eating to have for lunch the next day or to give to my husband who can eat a whole dinner and a half by himself. Lately, it’s been less filling. I have never been able to finish the entire meal, and the last few orders have been very skimpy. For the price, it was better when the portions were more generous.
I wish they had a kid’s menu. When my best friend wants to meet for dinner and bring her son, it’s hard to get him to eat anything because everything it pretty much geared towards adults. He usually eats just rice and the chicken from the teriyaki, but they could benefit from having a kid friendly menu with the usual kid stuff.
Even so, it’s more hit than miss. The food is fresh, the service is still great, prices are reasonable when the food is on point (although 3 $ for a drink seems a bit pricey). I would and do recommend this place to everyone!

This is my new sushi place! The best sushi I’ve ever had!!! I will be back! The heart attack is the best! Our guy even made us this banana, cinnamon dessert when we were done that was delicious!

Are used to go to this restaurant all the time but a lot of things of changed. They say all you can eat your limited to what choices you choose and the sushi has so much rice not a moderate amount just an extreme out of rice that you get full fast don’t waste your time here it is not worth going to it’s a rip off. Quality of the fish also went down please be aware.

They have all you can eat sushi which is great but the quality of the fish and the freshness is seriously lacking. The yellowtail and scallop roll were good but the mackerel and eel tasted fishy and old even though at first glance it looked good. After taking a bite i realized that I was wrong. The rice tasted fishy too which was odd. After I went home I got sick and spent the night in the bathroom. The next day I was nauseated for half the day. I won’t be going back here. The service was horrible too. No thank you!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted very warmly by multiple employees. The environment was very comfortable. We ordered 4 rolls one better than the other. Very fresh and perfectly prepared. The restaurant itself was very clean including the bathrooms which shows me they keep the kitchen clean. All in all my new favorite sushi place! Absolutely recommend this place!
The owner is the sweetest woman ever and her husband is very nice as well. Me and my husband had a 20 min conversation with her we even showed each other pics of our dogs lol. When we left she hugged me goodbye which I thought was super cute. Love this place!

This is more of a 3.5 star review than a 3 star. I will explain why towards the end of this review.
I love sushi, I also usually stuff myself til my stomach pops so whenever I see all you can eat, I always will give it a try.
Its $ 25 for dinner, so it’s a pretty good price. As others have mentioned, you have 1 hour to stuff your face. They have a wide variety of rolls available as well as an assortment of nigiri. The wife and I got seats at the sushi bar and had a nice dinner.
The sushi was very good in comparison to other AYCE spots, and the service was spot on! The chefs were constantly asking us if we were okay with food and everything. They also were ready to ask me if I wanted more when they noticed that I only had a couple of sushi pieces left.
All in all, the sushi is good and so is the service. So why did I take away a star and a half? Because of a bug!
On top of the sushi bar was a cup filled with pens and some papers stuffed into it. Towards the end of our dinner, a bug about ¾ of an inch started to crawl out of it! My wife is deathly afraid of any bug big or small so she did not take it very well and told our server. It also didn’t sit well that a bug was that close to the sushi bar near the food! They were able to take care of it and the chef gave us a free dessert to make up for it, which I thought was pretty nice.
I will be back, this is a great AYCE value for this side of the valley!

They have all you can sushi for $ 25. I decided to just get a couple of rolls. I got the crunchy roll which was lighter than some of the ones I’ve had which is a good thing. We were going to get the lobster and crab roll but the owner convinced us to get the Gerry roll instead which is lobster and shrimp. She said it was a little more and she would take off $ 2. So we agreed. It was good but kind of heavy. And we were surprised to find out that the roll one was $ 16.75. Which I don’t think was worth it at all. Overall the sushi was good and the service was good as well.

I’m assuming the less than stellar reviews are due to the service and the AYCE rules… Basically, you have to eat EVERYTHING you order — so be careful. And of course, if you order a bunch of items at the same time, they’re going to bring out the cheaper rice-​full rolls first. Anything they bring to you and you don’t finish, they will charge you for. I’m sure this pisses a lot of people off, but it’s how they manage their AYCE. As long as you are aware of the rules and plan accordingly, you will be fine. I would recommend ordering slowly and definitely ordering the sushi (2 piece items — not rolls) first. Don’t over-​order and you will be fine.

All you need to know: The food is 5-​star worthy. The service is 3-​star worthy.
Try the Big Bear Roll, EX-​GF Roll, Spanish Roll, Lemon Tree Roll — all FANTASTIC.
There is a guy working there as a waiter, who is to say the least, a complete idiot. Can’t remember 3 people’s drink orders. Comes back out to tell us there are no more sake cocktails avaiable, then comes back 2 minutes later with the drinks saying «they just had it delivered from market.» What market delivers at 8PM?
Wanders around like a lost puppy, back and forth around the restaurant not knowing what to do, neglecting a room full of diners with whatever task he’s taking forever to accomplish. If you see him waiting on your area, try and flag down one of the girls.
The girls are really spot-​on with service, sometimes they brought us refills before we were completely out, totally attentive and brought us anything we needed (wasabi, ginger, etc.)
I recommend going on a weekday night when it’s less crowded, and you’ll be amazed how fast your rolls and entrée’s come out.
Avoid the tall guy working there — it’s a miserable experience trying to get service out of him.

We love this place! Kary and Gerry and just wonderful. We come about once a week, sometimes with our huge family and we are always treated like royalty. One thing that is so great about this place is the wide range of options on the menu. The Korean BBQ chicken is super yummy. They have recently added an all you can eat option with great prices, $ 23 for lunch and $ 25 for dinner. There are lots of options on the menu for all you can eat, I love the Big Bear Role. Kary’s creations are just delicious. They are also great with kids, my niece and nephew love it here and Kary always has little treats for them.

A miso soup and an order of california rolls were only $ 6! Love it.
The waitress was very sweet, and attentive.
I also received a free dessert!
Will definitely return.

Osaka has been around forever! It’s Korean owned. The owner and the employees are super nice that provide excellent customer service. Lots of regulars here. If you are a sushi snob, this place is not for you but I do highly recommend the Korean dishes. My brother and I always order the Korean BBQ which is grilled marinated beef called Bulgogi pronounced Pulgogi. It’s served on a hot skillet that sizzles. Lots of flavor and meat very tender. Eat with rice… MY OH MY. DELISH! The desserts makes a great way to finish the dining experience. This reminds me of the Hawaiian teriplate from back home! Don’t be deceived by the way it looks from the outside. They serve good food!

What a nice surprise. From the outside, it looks unappealing, but as soon as we step inside we are greeted by all the employees. Restaurant is huge and double the size of Omino, and felt comfy. It has a sushi bar, booths, videoke. Prob doesnt look like your traditional Japanese resto, but then again they do serve Korean too!
We usually go to Omino for Japanese, but we decided to check this out for a change. We ended up getting spicy tuna roll and crunch roll and teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef. The teriyaki chicken was the clear winner. It had a light crisp on the edge. The sushi was ok. If we go back, we’ll def order the teriyaki chicken but try other items in the menu.
Im giving it a 4 for the excellent service and value for money sushi.

Osaka — Ohsucks!
There’s a reason the parking lot is always empty. Yes, the service was nice however the sushi wasn’t quite memorable.
This place is a tad bit pricier than other spots so with that being said why are you gonna pay more for sushi that is just ok? Seriously WHY? This is like those critical thinking questions they kick you down in the 3^rd grade that you have to ask your big sister for help on. *Um, can you help me with my homework?*
