Ordered a carryout order online and was able to get a promo code for 25% off which was great. Last minute I needed to change the order to delivery instead and the woman on the phone was very courteous and made everything so easy. I believe her name was Andrea. The only thing that sucked is the price jumped $ 30 for delivery, who knew pizza delivery is so costly these days. Any who, pizza arrived in about 10 minutes which was great and the driver was very nice. Only thing that bothered me was that I had ordered garlic parmesan bread sticks and the ones delivered were just plain. The box it came in even had garlic parmesan label on it so I’m not sure what went wrong. Besides that, the pizza was delicious.

For a chain restaurant, this place is pretty damn good! The food is ok, but that’s just Papa John’s in general. The customer service, however, is why I’m giving 5 stars! I had an issue with my pizza(the didn’t put the right sauce nor toppings), and when I called it was immediately fixed. Went there to pick up my freshly made, new pizza and it’s perfect! Your guys’ customer service is top notch! From now on, I’m ordering carryout so I can go to this specific location!

Prepaid for a pizza and showed up about 5 – 10 minutes early. My pizza was already waiting for me. That was awesome, but at the same time… that meant if I had shown up at my scheduled time, who knows how long my order would’ve been sitting there getting cold. Pizza was as tasty as any other Papa Johns, but it did feel like it was a tad under cooked. Maybe if they had kept it in the over a few extra minutes not only would it have been cooked better, but it wouldn’t’ve been sitting out waiting for pickup so long before the scheduled time.

Ms Rojas has NO business skills !! I simply wanted a pizza delivered(of which they have done many times) but tonight she refuses to deliver a pizza. She says it’s too far? Hmmmmmm I only live 3.2 miles away. I won’t be going back there ever again!!! I am also letting corporate know this issue. crummy pizza anyway. Good luck with your crappy attitude…

Our go to place for quick yet tasty pizza. So convenient, it’s just minutes away from us. Who doesn’t like Papa John’s?! It’s good stuff!

I don’t know what everyone else is talking about but the pizza I had from here was good. Add some garlic butter and it’s better! Good price, good pizza, and no long wait times!

My preference of pizza for quality, cost and customer service is Papa Johns. Recently I moved near this location and a manager by the name of Steven consistently greets me with a warm and genuine greeting. Steven also makes great small talk, and ALWAYS makes his customers feel appreciated for there business. Thank you Steven for your consistent customer service that you deliver at this location.

I feel like I always enjoy my pizza from this place. Toppings are very nice, the pepperoni here has a certain zest to it. Good specials through Papa Johns online delivery service. Most people only go to Unilocal to make negative reviews, which is understandable I guess. People want to vent and they expect these perfect experiences at bottom dollar prices, but I just order online delivery and don’t have any issues.

This is my standard pizza place I love their pizza. I always get the same thing sometimes I try other stuff, but for the most part it’s always chicken and pineapple and it’s always how I want it. I have never gotten a bad pizza here and trust me I have gone the other places, taking the pizza back and got my refund. I am very picky with my pizza so it’s nice to find a spot where I can just regularly get good food. I don’t like wasting money and I never feel like I do here, even though they’re a little bit more than Pizza Hut or dominoes, it’s always worth the price. Thanks guys

very bad management, their general manager doesn’t know anything about costumer service! employees are pleasing only problem is how they run the place. very disrespectful to their own employees.

I previously gave this place a good rating. But recently, something happened that ended my crave for Papa John’s Pizza. One of the kids did not want anything but cheese and we had ordered veggie. So I started to pick the veggie off a couple slices and found a long piece of hair cooked inside the cheese!!! I immediately made a video, contacted Papa John’s head quarter and informed them of the horrible experience. The next day they responded indicating that this is a franchise and there was nothing they could do but to inform the owner! I never received a call or email from anyone after that! I still have the pizza wrapped and frozen, the video, the email and even the receipt to prove this. Never again!

I choose their pickup. The pizza is generally ready within 15 mins of placing the order. The facility is clean and they have not messed up my order even once, since I have been ordering in the last 2 years.

I NEVERLEARN! Every time I order, it turns out to be 1⁄16th of an inch of toppings on a BIGPIECEOFCARDBOARD. Franchise owner more interested in lining his own wallet than customer satisfaction. Learned my lesson. NEVERAGAIN and NEITHERSHOULDYOU! Go to Stonefire Grill. Their pizza is great!

The pizza was OK. Better than Little Caesar’s but not as good as Ameci’s. I just moved to Chatsworth, so was hoping they’d be better but wasn’t blown away. I guess based on prior reviews I should just be thankful I didn’t get food poisoning.

Been there maybe 5 or 6 times. Two of those visits my pizza was barely cooked. You do the math.

My entire family got food poisoning from this location. Reached out to both management and the corporate office and they did nothing about it. Will never buy from the place again!

Stay away… both my wife and I got food poisoning after eating their pizza. It was the only thing we ate after 3pm together and later that night both of us were throwing up and I also had the runs for several days. This place broke my streak of not throwing up for over 20+ years. Thank you Papa John’s! They need better quality control!

Don’t advertise ‘ready to go’ pizza if it isn’t ready to go. Walked in 5 minutes to 12(lunch time) and had to wait for my pizza to be made. This never happens at Little Caesars

My kids always want me to order here. I also will eat the pizza, I don’t think it is horrible. I like the pizza. The only complaint I have is when I call and use my debit card they says it declines almost all the time. The last time it happened I asked for a manager. She ran the card no problem. I have never has a problem with delivery, as others mentioned.
