I had some business paperwork that needed reviewing in a very short time. Grace was very accommodating and was able to get a first revision drawn up in less than a day!
There were a few questions I had about the contract and Grace took the time to educate me about why we should be making very specific changes. It was nice to have an adviser for once that was genuinely interested in helping me learn about the contract structure and methods of protecting my business.
She took the time to make sure that we understood those changes, fixed a lot of errors that could potentially cost my company a lot of money, and on top of it all she is super friendly and easy to work with.
For the awesome turn around time, customer service, professionalism, and education I happily give this business 5 Stars! 100% recommended!

Grace is the best! just when I thought that there was no hope for my situation Renay was there to save me. its very rare you find attorneys like Renay. She does not judge you, she’s sincere, and makes you feel at ease Where other attorneys wanted to only give me a free ½ consultation, and charge me $ 95 for every 10 minutes thereafter, Renay took the time to listen, and made suggestions for my situation, she really has her client’s best interest at heart. Her staff is wonderful also, everyone is so helpful! Carmen is a gem. She was there to reassure me, not to worry and that everything would be okay, she made sure that my calls were returned and my appointments accommodated my busy schedule. Carmen was even willing to come in on a Saturday to help me start my case. I would definitely recommend Renay you will not find a better attorney than her!

My husband, my step-​father and I stopped in for a free consultation with Renay the other day and I can’t sing her praises enough. She was extremely helpful regarding the real estate issue we were dealing with. She brought up situations that we hadn’t thought of and in the end pointed us in the right direction to go even going as far as to call By The People, the firm we were using to put our trusts together, to explain to them what needed to be done. I know it would have been easy for another attorney to sell us a bill of goods of what they could do for us then overcharge us to do those things. Renay didn’t do that at all. Her attitude was completely the opposite. If we could get it done just as well elsewhere from a company that could and would charge us less then that is what we should do. She took her time with us during the consultation and never tried to rush us out the door. She basically said that we had as much time as needed to figure this out. I definitely would not hesitate to either refer a friend or family member to Renay should they need legal advice nor would I have a problem going back to her again. In the world of shady attorneys she is a breath of fresh air and it would be nice if more people in general took her lead as how to be a nice person.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said here? Grace is unlike any other attorney! I was referred to another Lawyer by a friend who is in the business. I got the worst service from that guy!!! Wasted over a year of my life waiting for him to take care of my case. He was hard to reach and would not return my calls. I got tired of being jacked around and found Grace online and called her office. We set an appointment and I stopped in. As I was explaining my situation to her she was typing away at the computer. Before I knew it, my case had already been started and filed with the court!!! Right then and there! I had just met her a few minutes ago! She did more for me in ten minutes than that other attorney did in over a year (I wanted to scream because he acted like things were so complicated and he was working hard on it. Truth of the matter is he did absolutely nothing all that time!!!). Also, seeing her in action really proves she knows her stuff. The judge and court clerks did not give her a hard time with the paperwork like they did other attorneys because everything was in order and done correctly the first time! Needless to say if I am ever in need of legal assistance in the future I will not hesitate to call Grace.

In the Recent 10 years, she has become the Leading Bankruptcy Atty in the San Fernando Valley, her bi-​lingual knowledge makes her available for a lot of our Hispanics countryman., She has a staff that also speaks Tagalog, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Cantonese. Her Staffs are friendly and she returns all her phone calls within a 24 hour period. The best thing is that if U use Unilocal,she will give you ONE HOUR free Consultation. Believe me, You can learn a lot in one hour especially if it is free. More Power to Atty. Grace Rodriquez., we need more Atty’s with compassion like her. It’s not all about the mighty dollar.

If I could give Renay 6 stars, I would! I initially found her on a lawyer website, and saw that she offered a free consultation. So did a couple others I was considering. However, the other lawyers’ «free consultations» consisted of a cursory reply of «whatever the contract says, goes» in one case; and absolutely NO reply to my inquiry in the other case! Then I checked out Renay’s reviews on Unilocal,saw all her 5-​star glowing reviews, and set up an appointment (her assistant Carmen is super-​nice). This amazing woman spent TWO HOURS with me – yes, for FREE!!! — going over my situation with these real estate brokers who were after me for $ 24K (6% commission on an offer on my house, even though the sale never took place!), claiming that I breached our listing agreement. Renay opened my eyes to the full implications of this real estate scam; she took time to read the fine print in the agreement & to look for flaws; she made phone calls to trusted associates on my behalf, to make sure she got the legal particulars right; she was so reassuring that I was in the right (in her endearing, feisty way), and was totally supportive of me. She even gave me detailed advice as to what to write in a letter to these crooks — and didn’t charge me a dime! Even if this doesn’t make them drop the matter and she’d have to represent me, her rates are very reasonable. Renay is a wonderful, truly caring & honest person (how many lawyers can you say that about?!) who clearly puts a lot of stock in her personal integrity, and man oh man, she is one sharp cookie! Please excuse the dog analogy but she’s like Lassie (your loyal & truest friend) but with the heart of a pit bull! THIS is who you want in your corner. Thank God for Renay!

Grace is the best… Not only did she help me legally but mentally as well… I called her office and was greeted by Carmen, I remember crying to her because my A-​hole landlord wanted to evict me for no reason at all… After speaking to Carmen for a couple of minutes about my situation she kept my mind at ease with above and beyond helpful info. This woman is one of the best attorneys I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Certainly the best real estate attorney in LA. LA can be a hostile place to live, like most big cities, LA is littered with slum lords who claim to have your best interest in mind when in reality the dollar is all that matters. Renay will take the time to give it to you straight and tell you what your rights are as a tenant. Most people don’t realize how many rights they have as renters in LA, I’ve recommended her to friends and family and I know she has my back. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
