Bought the 4 tire deal with front end alignment and free tire rotation for the life of the tire. This was my third stop in(cause they were too busy to do it the first two times I stopped) to get them rotated and ask to have the balance checked(that they did) because my truck has a vibration at 65 mph that I didn’t have before the new tires. They told me they wouldn’t recheck the balance and it took over an Hour and a half to rotate my tires, with only two other vehicles in the shop and only one other customer waiting. I’m a mechanic of 35 years and I feel this business practice is unacceptable. I will pay for the rotation from here on out and not do anymore business with NTB on Brainerd Rd. Also the service writer was rude and acted like he didn’t care if I had to wait that long.(2 weeks later) Took truck to another shop to check balance on new tires. BINGO found the problem, belts in new tire were broke and left front tire had a big knot in it. Brought back to NTB and they tried to charge me road hazard to replace the new tire. I refused to pay it but they replace the bad tire any way. This place is a joke!

Came in to get new tires installed after making the purchase and appointment online. The deal was buy-two-get-two tires with the purchase of a «premium» install package. While waiting, I noticed on their price board that the price for a one-year alignment(required as part of the deal) was considerably less than the price quoted online. When I mentioned this, the manager credited me for the difference without hesitation. I made a point to ask them to check the brakes and TPMS sensors while in there. The rear brakes were squealing slightly, and the low-pressure light kept going off when the pressure was fine. They swapped out the TPMS sensors for the price of the components without adding a labor charge, and they didn’t give a hard sell on replacing the brakes which was needed(I’ll do that myself in my driveway). Reasonably fast service, decent prices, a clean waiting room, and no hard sells for more service… I’ll be back.

My mom had a coupon for a $ 20 oil change… apparently it takes half an hour and $ 40 in labor to change a $ 1.50 brake light because her bill was $ 62. They’ll change a brake light for free at autozone. They could at least let people know up front what the price is going to be if it’s going to be ridiculous. Don’t give these people a chance to screw you.
