This is The best automatic carwash I have ever been to. I even had a problem when I didn’t get my bug wash upgrade as I went through and they made it right by giving me a free car wash to come back. there is also a free vacuums and tools to clean your car like window cleaner and rags which are a plus.

I wish I had read the reviews before I came here. Last night I bought the biggest package, the one that cleans everything. It was dark and I assumed that the wash was fine – WRONG! I got in my car the next morning (when it was light outside) and saw my car was filthy! Dirt, bugs, and bird poop was everywhere. I went back to the car wash immediately and the manager told me that when I left the lot, they couldn’t do anything about my dirty car. It was their policy. What happened to customer satisfaction? It doesn’t exist at this place.

I normally go somewhere else but it was closed at the time so I tried this place out, despite the bad reviews. Bought the $ 18 top wash with all the features. When I drove out and went to the vacuums, it still had bugs and bird poop throughout. Car as shiny! But it had gunk still on it from my driving. I asked attendant about it. She asked kindly for a receipt and checked it and let me got through for a second round. Second time through it cleaned them off.
Vacuum worked just fine for me too.

I stood and watched an employee get cussed out by a customer for something the girl had no control over. It is not the employee’s fault that the car wash is not working half the time. I have been through several times and found the machines are half working. I have never watched anyone take such abuse from a customer. I asked about her on my next visit to find out they fired her because the guy complained. I will never go back to this car wash and have told all my friends, family and business contacts not to use this business.

Nice setup and easy access to the wash. However, it’s basic there’s no hands-​on help or extra personal service like most of the others in town (you know where they scrub the front and back before you drive through).
The vacuums are hit or miss: some have serious suction others aren’t that great.
