Two Men and a Truck

Me and my boyfriend Austin Schmit used Two Men and a Truck for our recent move in Chattanooga and as he said in his review the experience was nothing short of phenomenal! I had previously used another Two Men location when moving from a different city and was very impressed with my experience so we decided to use the Chattanooga location for our in town move.
Our move was not an easy one with several flights of stairs both to and from each location, but their team handled it fast and efficiently. We only paid for 2 movers, but got sent a 3^rd free of charge! We assume this was because they did their due diligence and knew the stairs would make for a long and challenging day and didn’t want us to foot a huge bill for an all day move. We were quoted for 7 hours, but the move ended up only taking 5 hours for our fully furnished 1200+ sqft. apartment. That 3^rd mover probably saved us hundreds!
The movers took great care of everything and there was no damage to any of the new furniture we recently purchased. Do not try to save a few dollars by choosing one of the cheaper options, Two Men and a Truck have shown me that they truly care about their customers and are well worth the price we paid. I’m certain they will stand behind their word regardless of the situation and you cannot put a price on peace of mind. I won’t hesitate to use their service in the future and would highly recommend them over any other moving company in Chattanooga. Not only do you have the assurance of the quality reputation Joey Hale has built over the last 15+ years, but you know there is a well run corporation standing behind them. This is the moving company you want to choose if you want your time and home to be treated with the utmost care. Give them a chance… I promise you won’t be disappointed!

We used Two Men and a Truck Chattanooga to move a few months ago and had a wonderful experience! They quoted us up to 7 hours for our move and it barely took 5. That was with every piece of our brand new furniture being meticulously wrapped, padded, and carefully loaded/​unloaded on/​off the truck as well. I was very involved with the move and can honestly say that the movers David, Tim, and Terrin seemed to care more about the safety and condition of my belongings than I did!
Our apartment was up 3 flights of stairs and we were moving to another 2^nd floor apartment and they sent a 3^rd mover free of charge to make sure everything went quickly and smoothly! That was an unexpected and a very welcome surprise that surely saved us quite a bit of money. Their motto «movers who care» definitely holds true for this location. They arrived several minutes early and got to work immediately. At no point did anyone take a break or waste time, I even suggested that they could stop for a few moments to catch their breath, but they said they did this all the time and were conditioned for it. We were impressed by their work ethic to say the least and I would highly recommend you request the movers they sent us. Make sure you give them a healthy tip if you do, they’ll definitely earn it!
Scheduling was very easy and only required a small deposit to reserve our date and was credited to the bill at the end of the move. We had a coupon for their service, but misplaced it while packing and sent it to them weeks after the move and were promptly mailed a check for the value of the coupon.
Their customer service is excellent all the way around, but especially the movers. I did not expect the level of attention they paid to every little detail and feel that we got an excellent value for our money. While their prices may be a little higher than average you most definitely get what you pay for with moving companies and the Two Men and a Truck Chattanooga location is worth every penny. If you’re looking for a quality moving service that values your time, cares for your possessions every step of the way, and acts with a sense of urgency in everything they do then this is the moving company for you!

Found this company online and it had great reviews! I completed my online quote and waited for a phone call. They called me promptly the next day and sounded eager to help me. In the middle of me detailing exactly everything we have to move the phone call was disconnected. I wasn’t sure what happen so I gave it a minute and never received a call back. I then called back and explained to the female that answered that I had just been disconnected. She held the phone down and asked the office who had been speaking to «my name» I never heard a reply and the next thing I was on hold listening to music. That went on for a few minutes and I was pushed to voicemail. I’ve still not received a phone call back nor have I been able to get anyone to answer the phone. Great customer services! Hope your movers are more user friendly than your staff.

Two men and a truck bailed us out and helped us move out of our apartment after another local moving service no showed. Two younger guys showed up and worked really hard. Six hours later, we were done. The professionalism and work ethic that they demonstrated are hard to find in the moving industry. Don’t think you can go wrong.
