As the winemaker and owner of Agate Creek Cellars I make what I like. and that means big full bodied reds, Cab Sav, Barbera, Cab Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Sangio, and some very well balanced blends. We also offer a fresh Riesling and some delicious sweet berry wines.

The winery is a little gem of a place with a very nice courtyard, patio area and gardens. Bring a lunch and relax or walk the grounds. Visit the sheep and chickens. Tour the vineyard. I would be happy to show you around.

History

Established in 2010.

In 2006, Gayle and John retired from the Seattle area to the beautiful Chehalis Valley; half way between Seattle & Portland. After building their home and landscaping their new property, they fulfilled their dream of opening a small boutique winery, specializing in their favorite full bodied red wines.
