I recently moved into the unit have been nothing but pleased with everything from the maintenance to the other tenants. Rick is the owner and when I first looked at the unit he was a lil unsure about renting to me as my past is not the greatest (but that’s why its a past) but he gave me a chance anyway. Since I have moved in its been great. I had one issue with a radiator but the very next morning he and the plumber were there to take care of it. The building is not a cookie cutter place its got character its exactly what I was looking for the windows are great there are hardwood floors. Its beautiful. Rick has been fair, honest and a pleasure to deal with. This is a building that has been handed down from generation to generation and you can tell he takes pride in it. I couldn’t be happier!
