Turcios Moving

I don’t even know where to start. But I would never in my life use this company again. On September 1 my move out date I was told to be prepared at seven in the morning and they did not arrive until 845! Already complaining that it was hot and I had a lot of stairs although I was given an estimate based off of them coming previously to see how much stairs and how much stuff I have to get moved which was a two bedroom, with dining room and living room! There were three movers. I also checked in and help them move boxes down and some bedroom. Due to the fact that they were handling my furniture roughly they also broke my box spring. Moving forward as we continue to load the truck up one of the guys came and started yelling at me because he was hot and tired. Screaming that I have too much stuff. I told him not to verbally assault me he went and started throwing my boxes around the living room. Calling my items trash! I told him that he is being recorded and not to come near me and to just finish the job. He quickly changed his attitudes and try to apologize. We finished loading up the truck and I followed him to the new location to start unloading the truck. The guy that was verbally assaulting me which is the owner left and did not finish the job he left and took an Uber and left the other two guys to finish the job. As he left he stole a box and one of my big speakers! I only noticed this was missing once I unpacked. I contacted him and he said he understands and that there is nothing he can do right now due to the fact that he is in the hospital And that he will contact me soon so I can pick up my belongings. A few days go by and now he is claiming that nothing was left in the truck and for me to stop calling. I will be going to small claims court! I do not recommend these horrible movers.
