Johnny Rockets

Johnny Rockets has been around awhile. I have eaten at several in the Atlanta area. The cooked to order burgers are always fresh and tasty. The fries are top notch. This Johnny Rockets happens to be in the food court at Harrah’s Cherokee. I got there around 11:40 am and ordered a rocket single. Instead of making my burger fresh like every other Johnny Rockets I have ever been to… they heated a pre-​cooked patty… slapped it on a bun and wrapped it up and handed it to me. I didn’t realize how much it sucked till I made it to my table and unwrapped it. Cheese was not properly melted since it was applied to a re-​heated sandwich. I returned the sub-​par burger to the counter and asked for a fresh one. They gave me a SECOND reheated burger. At this point, I gave up. I ate a few bites and threw it in the trash. I used my smart phone to inform johnny rockets corporate that this location was destroying the brand. They never responded. I love Johnny Rockets. They should rename the one in Cherokee Bob’s crappy burger… or the lucky 7 reheated burger. Call it whatever you want but they shouldn’t call it Johnny Rockets.
