This place does not care about customer retention. I brought in a defective car charger, bought at this very store, and because it was more than 30 days old, they would not replace it. Horrible customer service.

This place is the biggest kluge of people who hate their jobs that I’ve ever seen. Genius bar at Apple? Hah! Team Tard is in full control of this location. Super slow service, blank stares when you ask questions beyond what other colors they have the cases in, no clue on delivery times, and if they have to go in the back (usually to smoke) its another 20 minutes tacked onto your visit. Don’t even try to just pop in for an accessory, you’ll still have to wait behind everyone looking for free upgrades and arguing about data plans. Plow this place under and make it parking spaces for Ruby Tuesdays, it would be a more valuable use for the location and just as helpful.
