This is my second time renting with this location. I have not had an issue with the employees or the cars. I am frustrated at the timing and the wait required. The first time I rented was on a weekend, so I was not in a rush. But I arrived at the time I specified and was told that my car was getting washed. I waited about 5 – 10 minutes before my car arriving back from the car wash.
I just rented a car today and arrived at 7 30am, which is the time I specified. I completed my transaction, then learned that my car was one of the ones they had just sent out to get washed! I was told it would be 5 minutes, turned out to be about 20 – 25 minutes until I got into my car. I wound up being late to work and required to take leave.
Like I said before, I do not have an issue with the cars or employees, management just needs to be better at scheduling so that the car is ready for you when you arrive.

I wish I could rate this place zero. STAY WAY. Do not bother to reserve they do not honor. The lady whom I spoke with is clueless. I do not know how a place like this can in business. Reserve car 3 times and they changed and blame me. RUN AWAY. Go somewhere else they do not care for your business.

I’ve had good experiences renting from this location, which I do several times a year. I didn’t give the fifth star only because there have been a couple of occasions when the car I wound up with was not as nice as the one I requested in my online reservation. The staff is polite, and picking up the car usually goes quickly.

Do NOT rent a car from this business. Not only was I erroneously charged an extra $ 51.90 for returning my rental car with «not» a full tank of gas (returned it full and had them recheck the car the next day to validate that it was), but also it took their branch manager over 4 weeks (with me calling back every week) to fail to credit the return back to me.
To fix the problem I ended up calling Hertz customer service (1800−654−4173) and had my refund processed; I saw it in 3 business days, as oppose to several weeks.
The service here is incompetent and customer service is poor. I wish they had rectified the situation and I gave them numerous chances but was disappointed. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else but here.
