After 3 days of phone tag and information exchanges I was informed that the lawyer was“too busy” to assist me with my disability discrimination issue. I’ve worked in law firms and I know how case loads work. «Too busy» means «not worth my time». Well, I found another lawyer who did find it worth their time and my issue was resolved by them. It was insulting after being brushed off, that the firm called me later only to ask how I had heard about them. Disappointing.

The Law Offices of Eric Shore is lucky to have Dennis Greunke. He is an awesome attorney. He has represented me, my sister and a childhood friend. He won all of our cases, and we all got what we deserve. The staff is wonderful too, very caring and attentive. I highly recommend the firm.

I wrote to hire them to represent me for a social security disability appeal. Im active duty military and getting medically discharged and was denied social security. I know, factually, that there are active duty military members receiving social security disability. Must not be as good as they say. Dissappointed. When I do find a lawyer to represent me and when I win, Ill be sure to post again, proving my point, that I know im eligble for benefits.

At first, after being screened by an improperly trained staff member over the phone, They refused to take my case. After speaking with an advocacy organization and the lady placed a call to Eric Shore directly, The next day, I was invited in for a free consultation and was qualified on the spot. Once qualified, I found this group to be VERY helpful. The best person to deal with was a legal assistant Named Anthony D.(I used D because I’m not sure If I’m supposed to use his full name.)Just fyi, He’s bilingual in english and spanish. He ALWAYS returned my calls and was great to deal with. I will say this, if your an existing client, You will wait on hold for a very long period of time or you will get a message to leave a message or call back later. IDK about others, but if i have a legal question i want answers ASAP! SO FYI, you will be handled better and faster if you appear as a walk in I know it sounds crazy to just show up, Lol But You will notice a big difference and there’s plenty of free parking at the Cherry hill location if you have transportation that’s the ticket. lol Unless you want to deal with all the parking B/​S in philly!“NO THANKS”! I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because there was some misinformation after my case was settled, but was quickly cleared up and was an honest mistake. But all &all, they were great to deal with and if I drove by their cherry hill, nj. location and had a question walk in’s were handled very well. So I strongly recommend this law office. *** CORRECTION **They came through THEY are a ⁵⁄₅!!! Thanks Krystal W. For getting the wheels in motion for me! JUST FYI, LIKE ANY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, IF THEY DON’T SMELL MONEY, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. HOWEVER, THEY HELPED ME ALOT& I’M VERY SATISFIED.
