Rude nail technician, literally after 10 minutes of getting my nails done I came back, because my nail peeled off. Never going back ever again.

Terrible! Rude nail tech, fastest pedicure, dug with her tools and worst of all NOMASSAGE. I paid for two and it was the biggest waste of fifty bucks. I don’t care what shape my feet are in, I will never give this place a second thought.

Per usual, it was the eleventh hour before leaving for vacation and I still needed a pair of heels, a manicure and an eyebrow wax. I found the desired heels in record time and dashed to Nail Trix, the only nail salon in the entire mall, with about 45 minutes to closing time. There were two employees and one was just finishing with another customer so she was ready for me when I selected my color. When I asked to have my nails trimmed, she clipped them so fast I was a little afraid she would accidentally get my nail bed, too. She flew through the manicure in record time, and I tried to remind myself that you get what you pay for and it was my own fault for waiting until the last minute. Not even 48 hours later, most of my nails are starting to chip. Glad I picked a light color. The eyebrow wax, also quite fast, got the job done although I had to do a little extra plucking at home. I’d say two stars is actually pretty generous, all things considered. Next time, I will definitely plan ahead and go to a nicer salon.

Cheap place for eyebrow waxing($ 7, plus tip). It was quick, painless, and all this was done by a guy in a collared shirt and slacks talking on his Bluetooth headset. I think he was the manager or something. 3 stars because I noticed my eyebrows were slightly crooked… but I wasn’t too bothered given that my brows grow back fairly quickly.

If I could give this place a 2.5 star rating I would. Everything was perfectly, exceptionally average — I mean this in the best way possible. I got a decent manicure that has lasted more than three days(going on day five!), so I’m going with three stars. I had to get new glasses from Lenscrafters and while I had an hour to wait before I could pick them up, I dropped in to Nail Trix. They took me right away. I went with plain old black polish. The lady was nice, let me zone out and watch the Simpsons while she did my nails, and immediately knew I was a nail biter/picker. Recognize! The price was reasonable. Everything was fair. Manicure, zebra stripes on two nails(my only gripe — $ 5 extra for two fancy nails seems a little steep, but OK), and tip = $ 20. If you’re in Cherry Hill Mall, have time to kill, and need a manicure, go here.
