Established in 2004.

Since 2004 NJ Property Appraisals and its founder Jason Kreisman have focused on providing a broad range of real estate appraisal services for homeowners, attorneys, CPA’s, financial planners, and mortgage companies. We understand that each neighborhood has unique characteristics that shape market value. Utilizing some of the most advanced appraisal techniques and technologies, we consistently produce high quality appraisal reports to meet today’s dynamic real estate markets. Equally importantly, we will provide you with a neutral and professional valuation perspective and benchmark insights for your residential property. All of our reporting complies with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), FIRREA and FNMA/​FHLMC along with all applicable state laws

Experienced real estate appraiser that has inspected and developed thousands of residential appraisal reports for the purpose of FHA & Conventional financing, equity financing, estate planning, divorce, bankruptcy, relocation, market valuations, and REO/​foreclosures. Appraisals have included the valuation of existing homes, multi-​family homes, small income producing properties, new homes per plans and specifications, waterfront properties, estate homes, lots and acreage. Performs accurate, competent, and timely appraisals within all industry standard, special, and USPAP, FNMA & FHLMC guidelines.
