Pulmonary & Sleep Associates

The worst front office staff ever. Make sure you check your referral 10 times before you go there. I checked with my primary who insisted it was there. The front staff said it was there but not put in correctly (why didn’t they instruct me on the proper way they need it when they informed me I needed a referral for my 89 yr old father??). While I was calling his primary to rectify this they told me I either had to sign a full pay waiver or reschedule my 89 yr old fathers appointment. Nasty bitchy and non compassionate. The doctor (Morowitz) was ok, but after this experience, (which even my primary called petty and unprofessional), we will seek out another doctor and never come back to this Marlton office or any others from Pulmonary and Sleep Associates again!
