This is what Cherry Valley needed. A friend recommended and I was skeptical of a sushi restaurant in Cherry Valley lol… It’s been love at first plate… I come twice a week. Ive become a local and they even make the best spicy tuna salad to my request! If I’m working in LA I will wait to drive home just to have lunch here… This place is amazing and I hope the stick around…

4.5 stars Something For Everyone with great service!!!
My friends and I love sushi but my husband does not. For us the sushi was fresh and tasty, but the awesome part was they also serve a small selection of amazing Hamburgers. Overall, the experience was great, the atmosphere was fun, we had a good time!

If your a local and haven’t tried City Sushi your missing out. Granted the service can be sketchy at times, if you can deal with that you will be treated with great food. Another plus is the owner Joyce is one of the most personable and nicest people you will ever meet.

Yea I used to think this place was pretty good until my Husband and I spent 4 days sick from eating there. I will never go back. I have heard of this happening to quite a few people so, it doesn’t matter what deals they offer I will never go back.

We ordered take-​out from here tonight. The service was good and the food was yummy! We had rolls, sushi, and shrimp tempura. Prices were reasonable. The only problem was that they forgot to give me the edamame I ordered.

We had the jackpot and the love me tender roll. Everything tasted very fresh and they were the perfect size, not too big and not too small. The service was perfect. Everyone was very friendly. The atmosphere was mediocre looking. The place seemed very clean. Overall we were very impressed and plan on coming back.

We visited this place for first time, the food was good.
The reason I gave it 2 stars is because their customer service was bad, we had a waitress fill in at our table and was awfully rude! She literally drop out plates down on table, when asked a question she was very rude said I don’t know and walked away from our table. Our waitress apologize for the other waitress, but it was just a bad experience overall.

I love this restaurant! I live in the Riverside area and eat sushi from all over and the quality and taste of the fish and rolls are superb! A hidden gem for sure. The staff treats us like family and always give us complimentary food. Must try the Eye See You roll and the Marina. Large pieces of fish always with little rice!

The place is located in a strip mall on the east side of Beaumont Ave. The place has a seating max of 50 to 60 occupants. The interior is clean, the employees are nice. This place serves sushi and other grilled items, such as burgers, wings, salad and sandwiches (not your typical sushi spot).
This place is not an AYCE spot. Speaking to the manager, she stated that having AYCE in the near future could change. Average price for a fresh or special roll is between $ 6 to $ 12. The grilled items are between $ 9 to $ 16. Good spot

We’ve actually never eaten at the restaurant, but we order take-​out quite frequently. The menu just recently had an overhaul, but I love that they have updated the website to reflect the new eats. We’ve always ordered various sushi and veggie rolls, never the sashimi or anything else, yet.
On this particular occasion, Mother’s day, we called in to place an order for a California Roll (for the toddler), an Alaska roll, a Firecracker roll, and an Aloha roll. Usually Sundays are very busy but the order was ready as soon as they said (15 minutes after placing the order).
Everything was delicious as always. Definitely our go-​to local sushi joint!
