History

Established in 1978.

Dr. Edward E. Boas, Jr. started International Computer Associates, Inc. in response to a need for a local supplier of computers and computer related equipment and service in the Cecil County, Maryland area.

We have expanded several times and are currently located on Route 213 South, ²⁄₁₀ of a mile south of the Chesapeake City Bridge at 2615 Augustine Herman Highway in Chesapeake City, Maryland.

We have a large base of repeat customers and have a reputation for solving customer problems that other service organizations have not been able to resolve.

Dr. Boas manages the business and is a professor of Computer Science, Data Processing and Electronics at Cecil College, in North East, Maryland. He teaches advanced computer certification classes in computer networking, software applications, computer security, computer forensics and wireless technologies.
