I have been working out here for about 2 weeks. I LOVE it! The trainers are motivating and helpful. It’s a group workout with individual attention. If you haven’t worked out in awhile — no problem! The trainers will modify the exercises to your fitness level. Need more challenge — they’ll give it to you — just ask! Basically, this is circuit training based on kickboxing, boxing, cardio type exercises utilizing different type of bags(heavy, speed…), weights(kettle bells, handweights, balls, bars…) It’s 3 minutes at each station with a 30sec-1min active rest. The workout changes every day. They are open in blocks of time. You come in any time during those blocks. There are bells that signal the beginning of a round. The trainers will start you off at one of the stations and you proceed through the workout following the bells and trainers. It may seem a little chaotic the first few times, but it doesn’t take long to get comfortable with the routine. Great trainers! They will guide you through. The gym is intimate and clean.
