Ashley, the owner, was amazing at helping me with my veil. I explained my dress to her and she knew exactly which veils to show me. She was very personable and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. She also placed a rush order(with no additional cost) for me, in which I greatly appreciated. The veil came in even earlier than expected. My only issue is that I paid $ 500 for a veil and it was very wrinkled when I picked it up. It was placed in a shopping bag which was also a bummer. It could have at least been on a hanger. Overall, I enjoyed my store experience with finding a veil. Thanks Ashley!

I came here with my cousins to look for a wedding dress last summer around the July 4th holiday since I was in town for a family reunion. The store was quite tiny, with a fairly small selection of wedding dresses. The sole girl working there emitted an aura of indifference and she acted like she just didn’t want to be there(which I’m guessing was because she was probably wishing she wasn’t working on a holiday… but it is still not an excuse for purposely being unhelpful). I did pull one dress off the rack and tried it on, but didn’t like it. We left that boutique soon after with the quickness. As we walked to the car, my cousin who lived in the area commented how she was apalled with the customer service; she argued that if someone is to potentially spend that much money on an important purchase like a wedding gown, she expects nothing less than stellar service to go with it. I agreed.
