This place has been a great local spot to go to for pizza and drinks. I’m glad they have been opening multiple locations that are closer than trekking out to Oceanfront. After bar hopping all day, it made sense to get some good pizza for a late night dinner. We ordered the Chesapeake pizza: onion, sausage, roasted garlic, sundried tomato, and mushroom, with spicy pizza sauce. It was really good. Overall, the service is pretty average. I’ll have to check out the new Hickory spot they opened up, too!

It’s exactly what it tries to be. Nothing more, and nothing less. If you want to have a casual neighborhood pizza and beer, this is where you go. The best pizza ever, no… but it’s decent with the spicy sauce. The best service ever, no… but they’re friendly and will happily get you whatever they can.

I’ve been to Chicho’s a couple times. It’s a typical Chesapeake bar and grill but with pizza. The service is pretty average. I would recommend getting their pizza, especially their spicy sauce(don’t worry, it’s really not spicy but it tastes delicious!). They also have unlimited wing nights and their wings are actually pretty good. This wouldn’t be my first choice in choosing a pizza place, but I’ll go with friends. I’ve heard the bar is fun on the weekends, so I’d try it if I was into that kind of thing.

This place is one of my favorite local pizza joints. Pizza is decently priced and you can buy per slice as well. I usually go here after 9pm when it’s more of a bar than a restaurant. Beer prices a very reasonable. Wednesday night is beer pong night, free to enter and $ 501st place prize. The staff is awesome especially the bartenders. First time I went to the bar, one of the bartenders shook my hand from behind the bar upon entering and before I left. It’s one of those places you can feel home at.

My family visited here because we had a groupon and we love pizza. Upon entering the restaurant we noticed the large bar but the dining room was a decent size too. Our server was super nice and attentive. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and they a special on tacos so we got two of those as well, 1 chicken 1 beef. It was all really good! No complaints. The interior could use some updating but the food and service was on point.

Worst. Food. Ever! If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered pizza, calzone, and wings at 2:30 pm. I wanted the old bay wings but they«were out of old bay». How does that happen? Order taker said it would be 45″ or less for delivery. At 3:30(1 hour later) I called and spoke with a man who I later found out was the manager. His response to my question about why my order was taking so long was«oh, uh, I think he should be on his way.» No apology. No offer to actually check and see if he was indeed on his way. At 4:00(now an hour and a half later) I called again and asked to speak with the manager and the same person from earlier came to the phone. Again he said«I’m pretty sure he’s on his way» and at that point I cancelled my order and told him to refund my money. Once again, no apology or anything! His excuse was that maybe the driver got stuck in traffic or he got lost. REALLY? the shop on my road about 2 miles down. What driver doesn’t have google maps? To make matters the absolute worse, food shows up at 4:25(2 hours later) and driver claims he got lost. Did he apologize? Nope. Calzone was cheaply made with uncooked dough and sauce inside, pizza was lukewarm, and wings were overcooked with store bought ranch. This disgusting, unprofessional, and unconcerned place will never have my business again!

I’ve had better and worse. Pros: the sauce is good and not loaded with garlic and also the outer edge crust is not bad either. Cons: the excessive amounts of cheese made the pizza bland and the chicken was dry and lacked flavor.

The pizza was actually pretty good but this review is really about the delivery service. On 14 June 15 I ordered two large pizzas and told the person on the phone I was going to pay cash. My total came up to about $ 28 and some change. When the delivery showed up about 35 minutes later I gave the driver 2 Twenty dollar bills with the anticipation of getting 11 dollars back and giving him a $ 5 back. Note: a delivery fee was already included in the bill so that’s why I was only going to give $ 5. After I gave my money to the driver he proceeded to go back to his car to get change. I waited for about three minutes and he came back to the front door to say he had no change and that«They didn’t give him any change before his delivery» i’m assuming they is the cashier at the store but I specifically told the person on the phone that I was going to pay in cash. The driver said he could go back and get change and return to bring it back and I said yes. He left the pizza and returned about 25 minutes later with one $ 10 and one $ 1. I was absolutely pissed that he did not come with broken change and made an assumption apparently that that I was just going to tell him to keep the change. I was so pissed I gave him a two dollar tip vice the five dollars I was originally going to give him. To wrap this up, delivery drivers at this place NEEDTOHAVECHANGE. DONOTMAKETHEASSUMPTIONTHATYOUGETSYMPATHYANDGETTOLDTOKEEP11FREAKINGDOLLARSON A $ 28ORDERBECAUSEYOUFAILEDTODOYOURJOBANDNOTCOMEWITHCHANGE. YOUNEEDTOCOMEWITHCHANGEINSMALLBILLSANDLETTHECUSTOMERDECIDEHOWMUCHTHEYWILLGIVEYOU. I will order from this place again and I firmly believe in second chances but know this if I do a cash delivery and the driver comes with only big bills as change or he has go back to the store and get change and comes back with big bills, he/she will receive no tip. My next review will be a filed complaint at the BBB.

Welp I bit the bullet and stopped in here with a co-worker for lunch a couple of weeks ago. Since my last visit the place has doubled in size. They now have the suite on the right side of their original location. The place has a bright yellow color and comes across like a poor clone of a buffalo wild wings. We sat at the bar and order some slices and wings… Then the wait began. There was one other customer to my right who was finishing up his lunch and a manager of some sort at the very end of the bar working on a laptop. He never said a word during the entire visit. Like said we order pizza slices, with the spicy sauce. These come from the little kitchen/carryout area that used to be the original entrance. We waited and waited for the slices which doesn’t make sense since the pizza’s were already finished and they only need to put them into the oven and warm them. Eventually the wings showed up and the pizza slices showed up about 5 minutes after that. All in all nothing special and the pizza is nothing like the pie I used to get at the original Chicho’s on Atlantic Ave. at the oceanfront. This is definitely a utility pie, at least on this visit, and I would put it on par with Little Caesars at this point which is sad. Take your hunger and dollars somewhere else. This is definitely a pass.

Customer service or lack of. Went there today and customer service was poor. Yes, it was a big party during the time I was there however the waiter never came back to informed me what was going on. She never checked on us after taking the order. Also, when I spoke to the Manager, his attitude was something to be desired. He also had a no care attitude as well. The sad thing is I never got the chance to try the pizza. Will not return due to lack of customer service

As a chef I always am more focused on the food but considering I had dental surgery that limits me to few menu offerings. But I am a total snob about French fries and this place didn’t have their normal waffle fries so I guess fresh cut fries are going to have to do… And the. Defi

This is one of my fav pizza places. The spicy sauce really makes it. I’d suggest going light on the toppings here. One topping I find is best. The more you get the less you notice their great sauce. Their quality is consistent. I’ve been here LOTS and I have nothing but great things to say about their pizza.

I visit this place often and I keep coming back so I think that’s a good sign! I’m from New Jersey so the fact that I eat the pizza speaks volumes. They have great happy hour specials, random discounts like taco Wednesday and wing Thursday. I have caught some good music here on the weekends too. Looking forward to trivia Thursday’s as well. Good food, good drinks, and always an entertaining crowd!

First off service was excellent. We had a very attentive young lady servicing us and that’s the entire reason we dine out instead of cooking at home. We went on a Tuesday night. Surprised to learn that Mondays and Tuesdays are poker nights. Crowd was incredibly mixed. Senior citizens, Families with small children and young crowd at the bar. Several people were redeeming groupon deals. This place had genuine groupon deals not the scams found at many restaurants. We had pizza, wings and salad. Special got the night gave us 1 pizza free. This was a nice style pizza with quality fresh products. Also they have different style pizza sauces to choose from. Really outstanding for a pizza joint. Recommended for outings with friends, family or casual date night.

Kinda what I expected for a happy hour at a casual pizza joint. Service was decent, but a little too«friendly.» I’m all for trying to make tips, but I’m not all for flirting with my boyfriend when I’m sitting right there. Food came out quickly. Wings are decent and a good deal at $ 9.99 for AYCE. Beer tasted skunked.

This is my second time being here with a Groupon. From the start, I was told that the Groupon wasn’t supposed to be valid until tomorrow. So the waitress takes my brand new Samsung galaxy s5 and it gets passed around the whole staff because they are in utter disbelief that is was valid and for their restaurant. The pizza had big bubbles in it and was not flavorful like I remembered. The hot dogs I ordered did not have the sauerkraut as advertised in the menu. I ordered waffle fries and got straight cut. I wanted fruit punch that they had on the menu instead of the pink lemonade because it wasn’t that sweet and was told I had to continue with pink lemonade because they didn’t have fruit punch. I asked for the bill and the waitress takes my phone to redeem the Groupon and she drops my new phone. Luckily it wasnt an IPhone and didnt break lol. Overall it wasn’t a good experience this time.
