Great price, nice and bright throughout the whole building (it helps to be able to see when your toddler disappears); the bouncers are clean and new. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Only downfall is there isn’t a true infant playing area. There is a designated spot for the babies to play, but it wasn’t closed off, the floor wasn’t clean (my little crumb snatcher was putting every discovery possible in her mouth), and it was too close to some of the arcade games where older kids can accidentally run into any crawlers.
If anyone can recommend an indoor area where all ages can have fun, please let me know! (My kids’ ages are 9 mos to 5 yo).

Kids had a ton of fun running around at a birthday party here. They were exhausted by the time they were done.

So I haven’t been here in about 3 years because it wasn’t the cleanest, always crowded, & just not fun for parents. BUT I decided to give it another try (supposedly under new management). I went at about 3pm on Friday and it wasn’t too crowded at all. Jump houses seemed a little worn, but still good enough for kids to enjoy. The rules (no running, no jumping, climbing, etc.) made it a little hard for my two boys (9&10) to truly enjoy themselves, but for liability reasons I get it. My youngest son made the comment, «Why did we come if we can’t really do anything?» I understand the rules so it wasn’t so bad for me until I couldn’t access the advertised «free wifi» because Apple devices don’t seem to connect to their setup. I thought that was INSANE! I thought I was going to enjoy a small break on my phone while checking on and off on my kids. I did appreciate how GREAT the young lady was who worked the desk, did the trash, monitored the jumpers, answered the phone, worked the snack bar, parking lot, & ran the cashier BY HERSELF! Her response about the wifi was truthful and sincere. She said she told management about the wifi and they are working on it because even her phone didn’t work on wifi.
I believe more improvements need to be made, but overall not terrible

We hosted our son’s 8^th birthday here last week. It was a great experience. I love how the staff all helped each other out during the set up before our guests arrived. The kids had a best time and the price was reasonable! I was able to bring my own decorations and cake, which the staff put up for us! Cassidy, our party host, was AMAZING! She was constantly there, making sure we had everything we needed. She insisted on doing anything and everything! I didn’t have to lift a finger. Everything went as scheduled and every transition was so smooth. Bonus… I didn’t have to clean! My expectations were greatly exceeded!!!
One tip: Book a 6 pm party! They close to the public at 6, so our guests were the only people there! Don’t have to fight off the crowds or worry about your little ones. No extra charge either! Awesome!

We attended a birthday party here and were very disappointed. Equipment is a rundown and the place looks dirty. There’s no supervision by staff AT ALL as to how many children are playing in certain areas. I would think the facility would at least want an attendant at each bounce area. Parents are also totally checked out. My son got injured while bouncing and the father of the other child did nothing. He simply stared at my child while he cried. No apology or sympathy. Never going back!

Kangaroo Jac’s did a fantastic job on my daughter’s 4^th birthday. It was her first party out with friends and she loved it. I knew I couldn’t throw the party on my own since I was 9 months pregnant. They were so fantastic I even got to sit much of the time!
Infinitely better than Chuck E Cheese! Staff, decorations, safety, cleanliness, fun level all receive an A+ in my book.

I’m skeptical of all these glowing reviews. I took my kids here to play on a rainy Friday morning and thought the facility was pretty run down. The majority of the bounce equipment is being held together by industrial grade duct tape. It’s worn out. The floors were also dirty looking and the roof was leaking onto the carpet in several places. Since everyone is required to take shoes off but keep socks on, I kept noticing giant wet spots and everyone’s socks got soggy. The kids had fun and burned off some energy but I doubt I will return.

I am only giving this place 5 stars because my daughter likes it here better than any other bounce place. But please beware, this place is small and can get super crowded really fast!
I am not sure if there is a capacity limit, but when I arrived last Saturday I was blown away. Soooo many people and the place smelled like corn chips galore! The children are suppose to wear socks during play, but I did see a few without socks (totally gross).
Please remember to bring your own socks, because if not you will spend $ 3.25 for a half of sock (footie) that looks worn already. The concessions are way high too. But I guess for business purposes this place is definitely in the black (no red in sight). If you can bring in your own bag of chips and maybe a sip-​up or two then go for it. Because with all that running and bouncing around the children will get thirsty and will want something to munch on.
The kids did to seem to enjoy themselves. I didn’t notice any unhappy kids during play. But when it was time to go I did see a few fall outs. This just let’s me know the children really do enjoy this place.
So for your child (ren) sake, bring them here for a good time. It’s about 5 large bounce houses… non stop fun!

I recently had my daughters birthday party here! Not only did she have a blast, I was able to relax and enjoy the party while the host took care of everything for me! Our party host was very helpful and wonderful with the kids! Her smile and attentiveness was the best. We will defiantly be hosting my sons party here! Kangaroo Jacs is the absolute best place to bring your kid! The facility is huge and very clean! All of the staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. They always have crew members walking around to ensure your children are safe, which is wonderful! I have no complaints for Kangaroo Jacs what so ever! I would recommend this place to anyone with children!

We had our son’s 4^th birthday here! Not only was the facility clean, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place for a birthday party! I was also able to get an awesome deal through Groupon for the party package.
My only complaint was the traffic getting to our party. They offer 4pm and 6pm parties, so I strongly suggest advising your guests to leave early to make it on time. Week day parties are also less crowded.
Our son and all his guests had a blast at the party and our party host Shannon was amazing! We will definitely be coming back for future parties and just for fun. The communication from the company before and after the party was exceptional too. I really appreciated that they truly cared everything was set up perfectly and that we had a great time. It’s refreshing to see this in a company!

We recently had my 6 year old’s birthday party here. It was a great experience! From booking the party to clean up the staff was fantastic. Our party hostess took care of everything and I was actually able to enjoy the party!
This place is clean and well laid out. We had children age 1 to 7 years old and they all enjoyed the inflatables and games.
I cannot wait to return for some more fun!

What a great place for fun I have an 8 year old, 6 year old and 1 year old. They love coming to KJ’s to play and my wife and I get to use the wifi… everybody wins!

My kids had a good time here. All of the bounce equipment was well kept. I cant say the same for the coin operated games though. They played or TRIED to play 8 different ones and 4 of them just plain out did not work and took their quarters. We didn’t have a party there but the party rooms looked very basic. The pricing at the time of this review was reasonable.

great place to bring the kids when its cold out and they’re driving you crazy, lots of cool slides and jumpy houses. Admission is $ 7.00 and adults can jump for an extra $ 4.00.
