Established in 1990.
Lisa is a retired GS-13 from the Federal Government and in 2005 became a licensed Realtor. She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Lisa manages numerous residential investment properties for her clients including single family homes, town homes, condominiums & duplexes.
Her husband John is a 1979 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and afterward served proudly as a U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery and Finance Officer. Licensed in 1990, John began his real estate career and in 1994 earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation held by less than 4% of all Realtors. In 2007 John was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
John & Lisa are real estate investors and advisors. Together the Berger Team owns several investment properties and offers residential & investment real estate services to clients buying, selling or renting their properties.
