History
Established in 2011.
Marshall’s Insurance and Financial Services began in 2011, providing health insurance to families and businesses. Their vision grew as a result of Lucas’s studies and Rachel’s management of the needs of hundreds of hard working people, many of whom had a hard time making ends meet. They sought a way to help people hindered by bad information who had developed detrimental habits and thinking surrounding money. As they dialogued with their clients, many of whom were business owners, about their financial concerns and aspirations, they uncovered the creative and strategic work where they provide the most value in partnering with business owners to change the traditional financial paradigm, showing you how money works, and how to make it work for you. They have had several great business mentors from the start, and are committed to a continuous journey of advancement and giving back the most strategic value to their clients.

Rachel Marshall has studied success and leadership for over twelve years. From her history of four years of ministry, three years in human resource management, and three years building her own business from the ground up, Rachel combines her passion for helping people reach their dreams with the financial savvy to make them happen.
