I have been working with Derek Gromko as my Insurance Agent for the past couple of years. My needs have changed quite a bit over that time and Derek has guided me through those various changes. He has made sure I had the correct insurance and that I understood what my insurance was doing for me.
The difference with using Derek Gromko and State Farm is you get great products but you get a real live person to handle and questions or claims. I will never have to call a call center and talk to a stranger. My agent knows me and what my needs are.
