Chris Ritchie is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer who throroughly enjoys helping people to feel at ease with their computers. During the week, Chris is the primarly onsite IT support person for a large non-​profit healthcare organization and supports more than 150 onsite and remote users. Friendly and personable, Chris is able to explain confusing technical issues in a way that everyday people can understand.
