Flexibility in flight has been the answer of fitness = fun. I have been going here now for a year and a half and my strength and flexibility as well as my confidence has gone up 10 fold. I have done everything from aerial yoga hammocks, split silks, and now Lyra (aerial hoop) as well as burlesque classes and Zumba. I am definitely hooked. I never though in a million years I would be doing stuff like this but as long as you trust your instructors and the silks you are good to go! Have fun!
