Dr. Agapis established his Family Dental Practice in Chester, Virginia over thirty years ago with the goal or providing our patients with the best care possible. We have grown over the years to one of the areas most modern dental facility using state of the art treatment to make patient visits comfortable and convenient. From digital x-rays, single visit crowns, same day emergency service to oral sedation (for the fearful and sensitive), we have treated adults and children with a full range of dental services. Dr. Tony Agapis, his son Dr. John Agapis, and the entire team continue their tradition of bringing the finest dental care by constantly updating their dental education so that most all dental procedures can be done in our office. Dr. Tony Agapis graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and completed his dental residency at the Rochester General Hospital. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Tony moved to Richmond with his wife and children in 1982. His son, Dr. John, joined the practice in 2009 after attending James Madison University and VCU School of Dentistry. They are members of the American and Virginia State Dental Associations. Both have participated in mission trips to Mexico and Guatemala treating orphaned children. They also host Free Dental Day, a day of free dental services for those in need in their community.
