Didn’t go here for the books bc they are too high. I got a gift card from my school and needed to use it. So, I went to the café… Brownies are good… chocolate chip cookies are very good and so are the chocolate cupcakes… If I get another gift card, I’ll be back lol

Yes, this is a chain but this is one of the best Barnes and Noble stores I have visited. The selection of bargain books, clearance items and top-of-the list bestsellers make this location worth visiting. I always walk out of here with something new to add to my ever-growing to be read pile. The employees seem to be at the top of their game as well, whether it involves getting a Nook™ device set up, locating a title, or ordering books in store. On my most recent visit, a bookseller even recommended titles. The café also offers Cheesecake Factory treats for those with a sweet tooth to satisfy.

Where else can you find any book, magazine, print, audio you could ever desire all while grabbing a delicious fresh Starbuck’s coffee and Cheesecake Factory cupcake; chillaxing in the café or any of the comfy sofas located throughout the gigantic store and enjoying a peaceful read? Where else people? Where???

Best Barnes and Noble that I have ever been to! And it is right next to chipotle, bread company, and the Alpine Shop, which is another of my favorite stores. Glen and Elizabeth are the best Barnes and Noble Employees! I have found their café to be one of the best places to sit and read or study. Overall I am always pleased with the service and prices at this particular location.

Gosh, I’m torn between a 3 and 4 star. I’ve gone there with Nook trouble and they’ve always been excellent with helping me and getting things taken care of. That in itself is priceless. Unfortunately, they do not carry all the Nook accessories so I had to wait to have my piece mailed to me. Mostly though, I was glad to have it taken care of. The bathroom is poorly marked and I had to ask where it was. The employees didn’t know where some of the genre’s were located. That floored me. I don’t have a car charger for my Nook and come from out of town, and they aways take my Nook back and charge it for my while I browse.

Ok — Update — Yes I was having a bad day — but I stand behind the manager at a bookstore answering his personal cell phone on duty and having no reason behind it. Things have improved at this location from that time. Original review below I would come in to this bookstore on occasion for a quick read and some coffee. One day I was off work and waiting for lunch and stopped in to see what was new. A cell Phone rang(loud) around the corner and I heard someone answer in the fiction section, around the corner, phone on ear is a STOREEMPLOYEE! I was shocked and sick of people that work answering their personal cell phones while working so I went to the front counter and asked the woman who the manager was so I could call later. She then called the Manager(Becky) to the front counter and the guy(that was on the phone) came up instead. I said to the counter girl«that’s the one I want to talk to the manager about» and she replied«HEISTHEMANAGER, are you sure you still want to speak to him?» I said yes and told him how disturbing my visit was and I was sickened that he thought this was acceptable behavior and that I would think about if I really wanted to come back to this location or not. If you have the choice, go to another store unless this is something that you agree with in our loss of private space for the arts.
