My tire kept losing pressure so I brought my car in. They patched the hole for free, and I went home. I checked my tire again over the next couple of days, and it was losing pressure still. So, I took it back. They patched it again. When I went to get into my car to leave, the tire was going flat! I walked back inside and told them. They took my car back and tried to patch the hole ONE MORE TIME, but it just couldn’t be fixed (to close to the rim to successfully patch it). They were very apologetic and said I would need to buy a new tire. Bought a new one there for a good price, they switched out quickly, and I was on my way. Haven’t had a problem since. Although I wish they would have just told me the tire might not be fixable from day 1, I appreciated their 3 attempts to save me some money. They were also very friendly and it worked out in the end. :)

I was visiting from Chicago and noticed my tire had a slit in it. I went in to hopefully have it replaced but they didn’t have the tire I needed in stock. They called another store, and still no luck. I told them I was driving back the next day with my mom who was flying home from Chicago early the following day. The staff at Belle Tire understood my urgency as well as need for a new tire to get safely back to Chicago. They called a discount tire store and found they had one there. Since they helped me so much, I went to discount tire, bought the tire, and brought it back to Belle Tire to still give them my business. They put it on in about an hour and charged me a minimal fee of labor. Highly recommend them for outstanding service!

I with I still lived close to this store. Quick fantastic service. Brian had me in and out for a pressure check in 3 minutes
