I just wanted to cry, after I realized Theresa didn’t do what I asked her to do for my haircut, took it upon herself to cut my layers in my hair 3 inches shorter than I wanted. I’m 27 years old and I look like I have hair from the 80s. That is so wrong! I will never go back to that place.
