Service is terrible. Been here 10 minutes and still have not taken our order. The greeter finally ask for our drinks. About 15 minutes into waitress arrived. Food was decent and waitress was ok.

There’s not much here to dislike. Fast, friendly, accurate service. Consistent, quality entrees and sides. It won’t win any culinary awards but they’ve got the meats, from salmon to sirloin. Freshly-baked bread is complimentary and served hot.

I had dinner here last night with my fiancé & our waitress seemed like she hated her job. It wasn’t so much our service that was an issue, as it was the experience. To start, when we got our waters, they tasted fruity. Our thoughts immediately were«dirty glasses.» Again, not her fault because she is not a dish washer. We waited close to 50 minutes to get our food in a nearly half empty restaurant. When we got our food, our filets were waaaaay over seasoned, & as we were eating, restaurant employees were taking the trash out & walking through the dining area with full trash bags from the restrooms. Most likely will not go back.

I would give it zero stars if I could… the service is horrible and the manager worse. When we came in there was an open table at the bar we asked the guy behind the bar if it was open seating. He said sure and he would have someone buss the table. 15 mins later we bussed it ourselves and the hostess came over and told us we didn’t need to do that. I replied that we waited 15 mins and hoped to eat sometime tonight… as she watched me spray the table and clean it. We ordered our drinks and food at once. Waited another 15 mins for drinks. The salad was delivered by the manager who apologized and said he didn’t realize we were talking about now when asked about the table. Really… hoe could that be? My husband pointed to table, I was standing next to it and proceeded to wait next to the dirty table for 15 mins. The food was okay, nothing to write home about.

My college chum and I came for lunch, and we both ordered big ol’ steaks. She got a smaller steak with broccoli and bleu cheese dressing on the salad(no croutons). I got a massive steak with broccoli and bleu cheese dressing on the salad(no croutons). Their salads are amazing. Incredibly fresh and cold. Dressing is equally cold, and it all works so well. We declined bread. Just don’t need it on the table. The steaks were stupendous and cooked perfectly to our asking. And I really need to know how they do their broccoli, because it’s just sumptuous. ANDIT’S BROCCOLI! I took a major to-go vessel home that lasted four more meals. I was kinda full after the great salad. It was an expensive lunch, $ 30 or more, but I got five meals out of it.

One of our favorite places to eat. Food is consistently above average. The grilled watermelon salad was just ok. The grilled shrimp were excellent and my husbands steak was cooked to order and delicious Portion sizes are good. I often get salmon which is seated on the outside and tender inside.

Just finished dinner and had a fantastic experience. Had the bourbon black pepper steak and mom had the Cajun dusted shrimp. Steak was cooked just right and was one of the best cuts of sirloin I’ve ever had. Shrimps were good too. Price was reasonable. Would come back for sure. Oh, and Erin T was out server and she totally nailed it. Perfect timing on everything.

I know long horn is a steak house but the parmesan crusted chicken is awesome and the mashed potatoes are just as awesome. The caesar salad is just a caesar salad nothing special but still good. The only down grade would be the bread they give out its not that great.

I have to say that I was hesitant to give LongHorn another chance, but, now I am so glad I did! Seems like they were in a downward spiral a couple of years back. Had dined at several in the area and was consistently disappointed. Don’t know whom they had revamp them, just suffice it to say that the re-birth is a smashing success. The food was fresh, delicious and served in a timely manner. We also had no less than 5 people ask how we were doing. Beverages never close to empty. Overall, a stellar dining experience.

I give Longhorn a solid 4 stars for being one of the best chain restaurants that consistently meets expectations. Number 1 daughter chooses Longhorn for our weekly get together where we catch up on father/daughter stuff that mainly consists of showing me her latest tattoo and seeing what creative new way she comes up with asking me for money. We enter Longhorn and are met with country music on the airwaves, saddles and other cowboy gear on the walls and other subtle cattle decorations. The place screams beef so what do I order? Salmon of course! I add a sweet potato for my side add the small dinner salad and I’m set. Number one daughter orders a chicken dish with mashed potatoes and dinner salad. Bread arrives at our table in a couple of minutes a few minutes after our salads and then at just the right time our entrees. My salmon was excellent, a moderate portion with a glaze that gives it a little sweetness and char, perfect temperature and not dried out. The sweet potato was a nice complement to the fish and was prepared just right. Our server was attentive and on the ball which is very typical for this location and I know that doesn’t happen by accident, this place knows how to hire and train their employees. One suggestion I have for Longhorn and other chain locations like it that serve booze, I know the corporate bosses tell you what to stock and what beers to have on tap which aren’t usually bad choices like Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada etc, but how about adding some local craft beers Urban Chestnut, Six Row, Square One or even some Schlafly’s for Pete’s sake. It would be nice to see one or more of the locals on tap for a change.

I went here for my birthday and had a filet, vegetables, and a Caesar salad. The food was good as usual and I was given a complimentary ice cream with whipped cream. Ok, that was misleading — it was more like whipped cream with a little ice cream added, but it was a nice gesture. I take a star away because I also placed an order to go for someone else and they managed to get both dishes incorrect since the waiter didn’t write anything down when I ordered. I’m not being picky here, I mean two totally different dishes were given to me. It was corrected, so it’s not a really big deal.

It’s a Longhorn. Typical obnoxious country music, typical dusty«western» crap on the walls. The bathrooms were really nice, so they score points on that. Tons of kids there, which is apparently pretty normal for them from reading other reviews. Started off on a rough note. we went on 4th of July after a movie at the Galaxy. Had about a 10 minute wait even though there were empty tables. No biggie, we’re just happy to not be out in the heat. Five adults in our group including two people over 6′ tall. Another group walks in with 3 adults, a baby and a toddler. They’ve called ahead. «No problem» says the host. give us just a minute. Our name gets called. we’re directed to… a table CLEARLY set for 3 adults and 2 kids. As in, a high chair, a babyseat holder. thingy and 3 chairs. I politely point out to the host that there is another party waiting for exactly this same setup and he blows me off totally. Rearranges the table and makes us awkwardly stand in the aisle hovering over other diners while he finds new chairs to replace the highchair. Then the five of us get to crowd into a space better meant for 4, banging knees on the awkwardly shaped table and getting a toddler from the next table practically sitting with us because of the layout. Meanwhile the other group is led to a nice roomy round table perfect for 5 adults. and they’re made to stand awkwardly around while a high chair is procured for the baby. Grrr.(also to that other group. I’m sorry we took your table but FORTHELOVEOFGODWHODECIDEDITWAS A GOODIDEATOPUTSQUEAKYSHOESON A TODDLER??? Please don’t EVER let her wear those shoes in public again. Please. Particularly when you’re going to repeatedly walk her up and down the aisle in the restaurant while waiting for food. NOTCOOL.) So the waiter was fine. The steaks were what I’d expect from Longhorn. My salad was pretty much the yucky lettuce end pieces drenched in dressing, so I left most of it. I think next time we’ll try one of the other restaurants on the strip.

Never been to a Long Horn Seakhouse. It does not exist in California, I don’t think. Any way it was way too late to eat a steak so I had a burger. It was pretty good.

I’d have to say you know exactly what to expect when you go to a Long Horn Steakhouse. It’s pretty much the same as any one you go to in the country. This is the second time I’ve come here and it’s mainly because it is so kid friendly. My little niece and nephew could care less where they go but my bro-in-law loves himself some steak. Now try to find yourself a steakhouse that you can casually go to with kids in tow. It’s consistent and you know what to expect so this is the solution for that. The staff here have always been incredibly friendly the few times I’ve been here and I must say this location seems a little spiffier compared to others. It definitely feels cleaner which is good. The quality of the steaks are what you’d expect for the price you’re paying and you really can’t complain about that. Their ginoramous portions coupled with that crazy ass chocolate cake is absolutely perfect for groups/families.

It was kid-central station here on Saturday evening. My mom had the ‘free appetizer or dessert coupon’ and, with only one more day left until it expired, we decided to splash out. I was surprised by the fact that every other table seemed to be filled with anklebiters, as we were not there that early(shouldn’t 6:00 pm be bedtime, not dinnertime, for the very littlest kids… I digress). I was able to make my peace with it, after a fashion, and settled into enjoy the meal. On a friend’s recommendation, we opted to wait to be seated in Dan’s section, as we were told that he is a good server. We were not disappointed, especially when the drinks came – a pear martini for my mom and a traditional mojito for me. Both were cocktails on steroids, and more than sufficient to slake our thirst. My mom had been here before, so knew her way around the menu. For the app, we ordered the stuffed mushrooms. This dish was filled with cheesy, breadcrumb-y goodness. I would absolutely order it on a return visit. For the main course, neither of us ordered steaks. I opted for the trout(two thin fillets) served with lemon butter sauce and a side of steamed vegetables. I appreciated the simple preparation of the dish, as it showcased the flavors to their best advantage, but found the vegetables to be underdone. I tried my mom’s vegetables, which were cooked to perfection. She had ordered the salmon, which came with a glaze. She enjoyed the dish and we both had enough to take home, as the portions were generous. I would have liked to have tried the fruit crumble, but was so full that nothing could tempt me. If I make a return visit, I’ll stick with an app only so that I’ll have room for dessert.
