The Petropolis Academy of Pet Grooming began training future pet groomers in 1993. Our Training Division was added in 2006. Petropolis’ instructors are the best in the business. The Academy is certified to operate by the Missouri Coordinating Board of Higher Education. We are also approved as an International Society of Canine Cosmetologists Certified Pet Styling School. We are also a member of the Missouri Association of Private Career Schools.

History

Established in 1988.

We continue to offer St. Louis pet guardians the best in pet care in a state-​of-​the art facility. Our 22,000 square foot complex, located in Chesterfield, Missouri, is the first of its kind in the country. It brings together «Under One Woof» the many needs of household pets and pet guardians.

You may not see Paul very often because he spends most of his time working with the Petropolis team to improve our facility and the service we provide our guests. He is always around though and you are always welcome to ask him to come downstairs to say hello. In his free time you will find Paul hanging with his 4 boys or on the ski slopes. He is known to sneak away from time to time when the weather is nice for a round of golf.
