The majority of the girls that work here know nothing about hair. I’m a hairdresser & overheard what one of the employees was telling a customer about color. Everything she was saying was bullshit & completely wrong. I had a question about lightener that I bought there, which had gone bad. The girl who answered the phone was a total bitch had told me that the products I bought don’t go bad, including the developer which OBVIOUSLY will go bad. Never would I EVER confide in a sallys employee with ANY question. Also, I will never go back to this store for a damn thing. I will drive out of my way to go to a different sallys store.
