The shoe shopping continues. I was greeted nicely this afternoon and offered assistance in finding the shoe of my needing. I was just looking around.
But the sale was: Buy two, one’s free (the lower-​priced one). There was a good selection of sizes, styles and colors.
I wandered around a while (as much as I can tolerate for shopping), found two pairs of sandals that were fine-​and-​dandy colors, they fit, they felt comfortable.
That’s about all I need in a shoe. Check-​out was a breeze. Not too many patrons in the store.
I got two pairs of shoes for less than $ 50. If they last two seasons, it’ll be worth it.
