Our gym offers the best personal training in the area, and small group training classes that cover every aspect of your fitness goals. Our membership options are very competitive & more valuable relative to the size of our classes. Take our HIIT classes for fast paced, body fat shredding, workouts. Our LIFT class is a tough strength class using olympic barbells, kettle bells, and dumb bells. Take a couple classes of each style per week for the best results. Great for runners, burning body fat, improving strength, gaining muscle, and metabolic conditioning.

Cody H.
Business Owner
Owner, Cody Harter, has years of experience coaching and working with personal training clients of all ages and ability. He holds numerous national certifications including, the NSCA CSCS, USATF Running Coach, USA Boxing Coach, NASM Personal Trainer, and CrossFit Coach to name a few. He served in the US Marines from 1999 — 2007. As an athlete he competed in track running the 400m & 800m races.
