Business Owner

Keri Califano has proven track record of customer satisfaction, strong communication skills, and a lifelong interest in [Re]al Estate.

Her enthusiasm began as a small girl in the back seat of her mother’s car as they searched for the perfect home to move to their parcel of land. When they couldn’t find it, they began pouring through issues of Architectural Digest on a quest for one to build. They completed their new construction home in 1988 and Keri, as a young teen, offered a hand– and her curiosity– to every step of the process. Luckily, her dad and grandfather were the builders!

Years later, not surprisingly, Keri began a non-​profit career managing subsidized housing programs, where she acquired extensive knowledge of housing laws, home inspections, and the housing search process– skills that serve her well today in her work with clients looking to buy or sell their home.
