Dr Silva Battaglin and Dr Adam Persky, both 1990 Grads of Boston University’s Goldman School of Dentistry are full time dentists at this practice.

We also welcome Dr Karim Kholy, a Harvard based periodontist. He can offer services from perio surgery to placement of implants.

The owner Dr. Rod Shale as well as Dr. Adam Persky and Dr Silva Battaglin are all graduates of Boston University’s Goldman School of Dentistry. Between the 3 of them there are over 30 plus years of experience.

Business Owner

Dr. Rodman Shale is a 1984 graduate from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry. He immediately entered private practice but maintained his academic affiliation to Boston University as an assistant clinical professor of Oral diagnosis and radiology. He has been involved with BU’s APEX dental student mentoring program since its inception in 1990.

Dr. Shal e has always been dedicated to providing his patients with the most current state-​of-​the-​art care available. His gentle touch, congenial personality, and sense of humor will make your visit to his office a most pleasant experience.

Dr. Shale lives in Newton with his wife and their three children. When Dr. Shale is not creating beautiful smiles, he can be found enjoying long walks with his wife and their dog. His interests include running, tennis, golf, listening to jazz and playing the piano. He loves watching his children participate in their sporting events and dance recitals.
