History

Established in 1986.

The Center for Plastic Surgery, CPS, combines the cosmetic surgery practices of Dr. James French, Dr. Wesley Price, Dr. Coleman Brown, Dr. James Bruno, Dr. Samir S. Rao and Dr. Albert F. Fleury, Jr. (Retired). With a reputation for aesthetic judgment, surgical skill and artistry, our surgeons work together to offer patients a comprehensive range of options for specialized aesthetic surgery. We’ve been a trusted source for plastic surgery and aesthetic services since 1986.

Our unique approach to plastic surgery is clear from the first consultation. We listen. We listen and answer your questions. Dr. Brown received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his medical degree from Tulane University. Dr. Brown completed his five-​year general surgery residency at Texas Tech University and a two-​year plastic surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He then completed additional training through a fellowship at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital.

His special interests include aesthetic (cosmetic) surgery of the face, nose and eyes, Smartlipo and breast surgery. Dr. Brown has been named one of Washingtonian’s Top Doctors of 2010 and Whats Up? Annapolis’ Top Doctors of 2009. He has been featured in the New York Times, Capitol File, Baltimore Magazine, and Washingtonian Magazine.

Dr. Brown is board-​certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, National Capital Society of Plastic Surgeons, Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons and American College of Surgeons.
