First of all beware if the plastic surgery offered is the cheapest in the area. Like my mother said, «The greedy pays twice!» The outcome of my facelift is worse than you see on the show «Botched». Somebody has to pay for the terrible outcome, incompetent, unprofessional surgery, lack of good skills and complete absence of responsibility! This dude with his sweet Middle Eastern smile ignored serious infection. Only upon my demand he put me on the second week of antibiotics. He removed way too much skin and then could not close the incision, left me with GAPING wounds. My face is scarred for life! I am signing an agreement with an attorney. It is not about me anymore! NO PERSON IN DC AREA HAS TO FALL A VICTIM OF THIS MONSTER! I am after his license. STOP MARWAN KHALIFEH MAIMING PEOPLE!!!

In September 2012 I decided I was finally going to get my boob job. I wanted to go to someone in DC because I live in the middle of nowhere and knew i would be able to find better doctors. I came across Dr. Khalifeh’s office when I was searching around on google. I called and set up my consultation and paid for everything on the spot. It came out to be 6k. I was so excited to get it done that they got me an appointment for the following week. He had told me he was going to put one of the implants a little higher to even them out. After my surgery I noticed one of the implants wasn’t dropping. So I went in for an appointment. He told me that was okay and to wait 6 months. So I go back again at 6 months (mind you this is a 2 hour drive from where I live) and I’ve probably already had 4 follow ups at this point. I told him something needed to be done about this because he messed up. He told me he would fix them but would have to charge me $ 1000.00… I was confused. Adrienne them called me (the front desk assistant) and told me that it would be $ 1200.00… I asked her if there was anything that could be done because I just gave them all the money in my savings and this was not my fault. If they were done correctly than it would have never came to this. She told me she would talk to Dr. Khalifeh and call me back the next day. I still have yet to get a phone call. They do not care about their customers… Clearly it’s all about money and that’s it! I am extremely disappointed with the way my boobs turned out. One is noticeably higher than the other and I am more insecure about them now than I was before the boob job! I wish I never got them.

If you plan on doing some work, this is the place. I finally got the one stubborn area I hated my whole life (chin) on my radar to get liposuctioned. Other docs tried to tell me I needed a neck lift. Dr. Khalifeh does the laser lipo which is much less invasive, and has a much easier recovery time. It’s still a «procedure,» so there will definitely be a recovery time, but everything he said would happen did, i.e. some numbness, etc, and I always felt like I was in competent and capable hands.
He also won’t talk you into a bunch of crap you don’t need — which in this time where docs are trying hard to make money on this plastic surgery wave of popularity thanks to reality TV. He’s very conservative with the amount of work that needs to be done.
One final thing — he’s board certified. I didn’t really understand what this meant and how important it is, and that plastic surgeons can do work without being board certified which is scary. If you don’t want a botched cosmetic procedure, go see Dr. Khalifeh.
