Rock The Reformer® by Potomac Pilates provides a variety reformer classes that will systematically and rhythmically take you through a choreographed 55-minute class routine designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your mind and body. All Pilates classes use the Balanced Body Allegro II reformer. You will improve mental toughness and build physical stamina, while building flexibility and core body strength. Your body needs the strengthening and your mind will love the lengthening.
Rock The Reformer® by Potomac Pilates has three levels of Reformer Pilates classes: Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 and Circuit Classes. .
Level 1:
Designed for clients new to Pilates and the reformer. This class will introduce you to the equipment, teach your body positioning and terminology .
Level 2:
Expand the foundations developed from level 1. A faster pace, minimal breaks, challenges your mind-body connection. Modifications will be provided.
Level 3:
Challenge your physical stamina and mental capacity. Minimal breaks, fast transitions and complex moves.
**Level ½ and 2⁄3 Classes move at a pace between the two above descriptions.
Circuit Training:
This is a cardio interval class using a jump board and the reformer. Perfect for your cardio and strength training workout!
History
Established in 2013.
Rock The Reformer® by Potomac Pilates of Chevy Chase was established by Rock The Reformer® by Potomac Pilates, Inc. in March of 2013. The Chevy Chase location offers more than 80 classes per week and a variety of talented and knowledgeable instructors.

Business Owner
Reina Offutt Pratt is both the creative mind and owner of Rock The Reformer® by Potomac Pilates, Inc. She has created the perfect environment where fun meets fitness!
She firmly believes in giving back to the community, both personally and professionally. Annually, Rock The Reformer® by Potomac Pilates donates more than $ 5000 worth of services to schools, charities, and organizations. The MOM-trepreneur is a proud member of the Potomac Chamber of Commerce, she was selected by the Mind and Body University panel as the 2012 success story, and for the past two years has raised over $ 20,000 and walked the runway for the Fashion for Paws charity event.
Reina holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University (2001) and a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University (2004). Reina is a mother of two young children. During her off time she can be found with her family incorporating her personal views on maintaining a healthy life style.
