History

Established in 1990.

SR/​A La Collection started in the then edgy district of SoHo in NY. SR/​A brought in French antiques and hand-​made decorative items. At the time the interior design firm was mostly working on hospitality projects. As the NY market slowed and the DC market grew, SR/​A moved to the DC area; first in Dupont Circle and now in the lovely Chevy Chase/​Bethesda neighborhood.

Our collection is carefully curated — there is no style per say but rather a assemblage of rare, interesting, charming, touching, attractive collectibles. We show modern pieces, vintage cuties and casual antiques from both the old and new world. 5000 sf of very fun & very beautiful pieces.

The interior design firm is now mostly working on multifamily projects but reserves a tenderness for office and restaurants/​bars projects. Come and say hello, see for yourself!
