Employees do not know what they’re doing here– spent an hour here waiting for them to fix their own mistakes for what should have been a simple upgrade. Supposed fixes failed and then spent hours with telephone customer service, then ultimately another store to fix their mess. They permanently changed my account without informing me and I lost a discount forever, despite their assurances that there would be no changes to my existing plan. Manager/employees were indifferent and do not care about the customer experience, even when it was completely and utterly THEIRMISTAKE. In the end I lost out on hundreds of dollars of discounts over my new 2yr contract and wasted 3+ hours of my time between their store, another store, and telephone customer service just to get the phone working because they screwed up. The worst AT&T store I’ve been to and would NOT recommend going here under any circumstances as you’ll likely end up with an even bigger mess than when you started. Avoid this disaster of a store and make the trip to Ft Collins or Laramie.

The staff and the manager are the most incompetents i have ever seen. All they are good for is opening the door and greeting you when you enter their store. I transferred my account from another state to here and they said everything will be transparent. It was a disaster and despite my numerous visit to the store they were not only unable o fix he issue they were rude and incompetent.
