We are a full-​service center, offering blood, saliva, and hair follicle drug testing, as well as nicotine testing, breath alcohol testing, and can perform DOT physicals.

Kat is an RN who founded EOS to fill Cheyenne’s need for a comprehensive occupational health facility. She moved to Cheyenne in 2010 with her husband, Dave, after working in hospital settings and as a traveling nurse.
