I don’t usually write bad reviews but I thought I needed to warn others about my experience.
I had a butterfly tattoo on the small of my back with all different colors that I wanted to remove. I saw that this location just opened up and thought it would be great to try. I was wrong.
I walked in and the place was a mess. The owner was so frazzled and all over the place it made me uneasy. But I went with it because I didn’t think anything that bad could happen. I was sooo wrong. She ended up hurting me so bad and I could tell she was new with little experience. It was horrible. I was instantly in tears. I’ve had laser tattoo removal done before but none of my sessions hurt as bad as this one did. I don’t even think it was the laser but how uneasy the entire situation made me and the owner being so unsure of herself and all over the place. I shouldn’t have let her even touch me.
I would highly recommend driving down to Fort Collins for another facility. This place is a nightmare and with the owner behaving like that I don’t think it will ever improve.
